1.It is very disappointing to inform that despite of passing of nearly 90 days, my Qiku Terra 810 has not been repaired for want of mother board which has been submitted to authorised service centre (Touch) at Lucknow. The job order no is JS[protected] Dt 05 Sep 2016.The mother bd.was needed to be replaced but to no avail it has been not done.

My Qiku Terra Mobile Qiku Terra 8692_102 under warranty has not been repaired for want of mother board which has been submitted to ther authorised service centre (Touch) at Lucknow.
