I had a very disappointing experience with Sketra. The machine supplied to us arrived with missing parts, making it incomplete and unusable as expected.

What is even more concerning is their complete lack of after-sales support. They do not answer calls, and the only response we receive on WhatsApp is essentially, “We supplied it, ” with no effort to resolve the issue.

There appears to be no proper service...
