I have ordered one set of lingerie set containing 8 packs of top and bottom inner wears from the site(https://queenistas.com/). The order was placed on 4th March 2022 and the payment method selected was cash on delivery. On 9th March 2022, I received the order through xpressbees courier team, and when I open the packet it contains only 3 nos of top innerwear, and the other 5 top and 8 bottom wears were missing. I have ordered product from queenistas, but they cheated and delivered wrong product to me .i have been trying to reach out on their number but the number is also fake and switched off .I tried everything, but not possible to return the product.i request you to please look into this matter and soon resolve my issue .below iam mentioning all the details of order .

From queenistas I ordered Regular Wear Cotton Women Backless V Neck Bra Panty Set (Pack of 8)" on 2nd march 2022 and received it on 6th march 2022.
Unfortunately, Only 3 pieces of bras arrived in a cardboard box and nothing else.The products arrived doesn't even look like the picture at all . Therefore I want to return this damaged product and I request for a refund.

They cheated on me.
I paid 649 rupees for the product online via phonepe.
I want my money back and I assure you that I return the product without any defects.
