I was order pack of 8 lingries set and got the totaly wrong product...it's a fraud website. i want refund!

I ordered lingerian sets of 6 in queenistas but i am recieved not same as showned in their website. I am. Return this product but no body is not responding and they are paying 650rupees by me but they send wrong product so i want to complaint

I have ordered one set of lingerie set containing 8 packs of top and bottom inner wears from the site(https://queenistas.com/). The order was placed on 4th March 2022 and the payment method selected was cash on delivery. On 9th March 2022, I received the order through xpressbees courier team, and when I open the packet it contains only 3 nos of top innerwear, and the other 5 top and 8 bottom wears were missing. The order has cost Rs, 649/-(599+50 shipping). Paid the cash at the time of delivery. After that when I check the site the return option is missing on the site and I have sent 2 emails to the mail ID "[protected]@gmail.com" that was mentioned on the site. There is no reply to the emails.

I have ordered product from queenistas, but they cheated and delivered wrong product to me .i have been trying to reach out on their number but the number is also fake and switched off .I tried everything, but not possible to return the product.i request you to please look into this matter and soon resolve my issue .below iam mentioning all the details of order .

From queenistas I ordered Regular Wear Cotton Women Backless V Neck Bra Panty Set (Pack of 8)" on 2nd march 2022 and received it on 6th march 2022.
Unfortunately, Only 3 pieces of bras arrived in a cardboard box and nothing else.The products arrived doesn't even look like the picture at all . Therefore I want to return this damaged product and I request for a refund.

They cheated on me.
I paid 649 rupees for the product online via phonepe.
I want my money back and I assure you that I return the product without any defects.

Showed a 10 bra combo set on 600. And given 1 ols n damaged bra ..No contact no. No return policy, no email address..Site also fake...No site mark .Completely fake n fraud

We have recieved wrong order. We have ordered 4 set lingerie (stylish Victoria) of ₹649 against order no.: 20465. Out of 4 set lingerie we have just received only 3 bras and that too without panties. We have not recieved the item that they have displayed .As mentioned in the site that they will respond the mail within 24 hours but we haven't received any response from them and it's more than 48 hours now.

We have not recieved what we have ordered. As we have ordered 4 lingerie set (stylish victoria) of ₹.649 against order no:20465. Out of 4 set lingerie we have just recevied only 3 bras and that too without panties. We have not recieved the item they have displayed on thier website. Also the sizes of all the three bras are different and we have chosen the size 30. We have tried seeking help from the given helpline number of the site but the number is unavailable. also they have mentioned that they will respond to the mail within 24 hours but now it is more than 48 hours but there is no respond from them.

That my order no. is #12652 and this is the product I ordered Designer Sports Push Up Bra and panty Set of 7 Pcs × 1 for ₹649 And I have received it today that is 19th February 2022. The product is very very very bad and very cheap quality and also recieved wrong product. And also in less quantity. I tried to contact them but they are not replying on my emails. The bill I have received having shipped address but it's not correct.

Order 8 pair of 4 lingerie set but got only 3 bras quality also not good want to return this want my money back kindly help

I have ordered 8 bras and underwear of 650 and I have received only 3 which are of oversized.

I ordered 8 sets of padded braziers and panties for 650. Just now I received my parcel. But I received only 3 braziers without pads.. They advertise one thing. But they send onething.. Its a fraudelent company. I want to return this product. I dont know how I can get my amount..

Queenistas delivered wrong order and does not accept my return and through its privacy poliy and return policy they said they have the return policy of 15 days.
