I have purchased 1 dressing table against which i paid rs. 1000 advance.
It was told to me that the delivery will happen with in 2-4 days. Today is 14th day but the items has not been delivered yet.

Further it was shown to us that a discount of 299 will be provided to me but after making the payment only 1000 was deducted from the gross amount and balance was advised to pay at the time of receipt of item.

Neither i received the item nor the refund of rs.1000 paid by me as per the advise of quickr. Further, they promised me to resolve my problem but inspite of the fact that 10 days has elapsed it is still unresolved.

How long such type of crime be continued by such types of companies. How long they will harass the customers. House environment became bad due to such incidence as i am not able to decide to purchase another dressing table for my family as i am not aware that the booked one will be delivered to me or not.

I want to file an harassment case against quikr for such negligence and non resolution of concern.

I got trapped into cyber crime. I had posted add to sell my furniture in quikr. I got an email from one lady. She stays in uk and want to buy double bed. With conversation through email she look very professional to me. I agreed to sell her. But she didn't want to go through quikr want to send her own movers & packers.
After final decision happened between us that she will send a cheque through courier. I asked her to transfer online but she refused but i was okay as i just need to deposit the cheque in the bank and once money will transfer to my account she will send fedex for pickup.

Friday night she sent an email to me with the airway bill and cheque.in that she mentioned you need to pay rs. 8500 for custom clearance and they will assign i agent whom you need to transfer the amount in his account. As she mentioned in her email that the cheque is of additional rs. 8500 i have paid that. Later i got an email from the agent personal id and discussion happened, he demanded for rs. 16, 800. He said it's security deposit and then rs.18000 for fedex guys demanding for security to deliver the cheque. He has shared his identity with me lufthansa airline employee and letter from federal ministry office.

She also sent me a mail stating that she would directly transfer me the amount through her associate into my account directly and asked me for my bank account details. However i avoided giving bank details saying that i will wait for the cheque to arrive.

I got into the trap and paid rs. 25, 300. Through neft / rtgs.

After that again he demand for money for document verification of ₹5800 and he said this amount will refundable on hr round then i ask for 40 days time span to pay this amount again i got call after 40 days there is same post at same company with same salary so i send him first my documents then i transfer amount for document verification charges of ₹5800 to same account - canara bank account holder name:- budhi prakash,

Hatkanangale, dist. Kolhapur, maharashtra. So you have to pay security letter amount of ₹13450 then i also transfer amount on same account

I am 16 years old student. I applied for a data entry job through quicker jobs.
I have paid rs.1350 through paytm for registration. They employed me and sent me the work pdf.
I completed the job and typed according to the information which i had provided earlier. Now they are not giving me my salary and asking me to pay rs.4000 more as a gst tax for 11 months. I asked them why should i pay tax and they replied that they will return those money to me included in my salary. I tried several times to conatact them but their phone no. Is switched off.

It's 7 days complete my money has not been refunded to my account after initiation of request on 5 th of feb disgusting ppl have not helped but have said to wait till 7 days yet i waited and here i am receiving nothing! Quiker is such a fraud company i'm defiantly going up to to the cops once i get my time free! Enough of this disgusting mess i have had.

Quicker offers me a job of passport check and want me to pay 2500 i paid but then they want verification and want more money 4500 we didn't paid that now i want refund but they refuses to give help me to get back my money

I made an as for PG paying RS.516 and again Rs.1136 for making it premuim. Quicker has not made it premuim for that past 35 days . Even now he customer care officer keeps saying they will get back but no news.
I have made repeated calls to quicker either phone keeps ringing or gets disconnected after call.

No one is bothered.

I don't know how to get refund

M shanti from chennai.. As i want to say that quicker job is totally fraud. I applied a data entry job from quicker site after that i get an email and started talking in watspp from dis no [protected]. Before starting d job i paid 2100 after dat they had given me one pdf file to start d wrk for 20 days after completing nd submitting d pdf they asked to pay rupees1730 to register my paytm wid their company paytm for getting salary. After paying dis amnt they said dat nxt mrng dey will giv my salary bt next mrng i saw dat day blocked me in watspp nd their no is also cmng switch off. So guys pls be aware from dis kind of frauds. Better u dont find nd do any online jobs.

I ordered shoe rack from quiker, ad id[protected], quiker delivered me different shoe rack totally different from ad id and having low quality.
Delivery boy forced to keep that shoe rack and said no for return delivery.
I contacted to customer care of quicker.. They just neglect my query and told me that they can't do anything as i have accepted the delivery.
Please help me in this case.

Recently I have applied for the job of Store In-charge in TATA Motors via Quicker but after confirming the Consulting the Agent from the office at Netaji Subash Palace, Delhi Near PP Jewellers, she told me whether I am willing or not the Rs. 2500/- will be refunded within 7 days.Now it is a situation that Girl keeps on lingering the same issue as if I have requested her a lot of times. Today I came to know that due to tech fault again it has been reinstated again.

Quicker has initiated for refund of the money & confirmed that money will be credited to my account within 5 to, 7working days. Till to day money has no been credited & when enquired today, Quikr confirmed that today it is being processed for payment & it will take again 7days.
Without my fault Quikr is delaying & I am being harassed.
Please help & take a strong action so that they should no play with public money.

i called many times to quicker executive but they are not giving satisfy answer. when i called executive they have disconnected my phone.

This is a strict and very harsh complaint I am going to submitted to you that.. All those consultancy firm tied with you were totally fraud... THEY JUST MAKE FOOL the prospective candidates... Just charge from them money and never provide them job... So pls consider this.. This will ruined up whole country systems. Specially this is happened in delhi area..

They didn't cancel it because it was picked up. My order id is[protected]. Since last three days i called to customer care, they didn't respond me well. I had purchased an Apple I Phone 5 64 excellent condition from Quicker X for Rs.14, 999, i received the delivery within 5 days and the same day after checking the devise i found no sim cards were working and the display was yellowish touch was not working properly and also the battery was draining fast, immediately i informed quicker X about the said defects and as advised by the Quicker Team I also addressed a detailed mail to [protected]@quikr.com. the said matter was put up before the concerned team and as i was entitled to replacement my devise was collected on 16th August 2016 and was told that will receive the replaced devise within 1 week till date i haven got my replaced handset and i am informed by the quiker team that my devise is repaired and i will receive the same shortly.

I have informed them that I am entitled to a replacement and I will not accept the said repaired device and have told them refund me in full if they are unable to provide me with a replacement as per offer and policy displayed in the ad.

I ordered apple tap from quicker there was mention munah limited punjab had a big offer if you buying two you can get one free also. They are fraud. They call from +[protected] they said from usa material will be reached within two days but material not came and advance of 25% poolished me.In previously i b ought somany things from quicker but now very dangerous i feel was, bcoz this is making some nigerian groups not only me they already poolished somany people lakh of money loss. AD ID 26263277, I sold storage cabinet for 10k to the buyer, quicker team picked up the product from my place, and its been more than 10 days since i am waiting for any update from their end, confirmed with the buyer product is not yet delivered.
Contacted quicker so many times however as per their sales/doorstep team, the item is still kept in their storage area.

I made payment directly for a air cooler Rs. 1500 . I didn't got any update for 1 day. Then I talked to customer care, they told me that you bought a cooler and made payment told that you will get a call after 24hr. Then we again called customer care, which is not toll free. We tried it for 4 times for atleast 5-10 min each time, but they didn't redirect it to executive. Then again I got a call from Quikr doorstep, telling that the product is already sold. When I asked him why did they take payment if product is already sold, he was not having answer. Again as usual, customer care call charged but didn't connect to executive.I wish I could have cross checked that before making payment. I'm just waiting that they will refund since 10days ad no[protected]

I ordered for a 4*6 single cot on 3rd April after having detailed conversation with the seller on WhatsApp.I also made the payment ofrss. 6000 on same date for which I got acknowledged(thank god). Later for next 3 days, neither me or the seller gets a call. After endless calls and no replies and no hopes, I finally cancel my order on 6th of April and they promise me my money back in 5 to 7 working days maximum. Now it's 17th of April 7.30 pm, 11 whole days and n number of calls to the customer care over. Just over 10 minutes ago the customer care representative said he will request the finance department to make my payment as it it's some favor they are doing. Also still on the quicker app order tracking page, the cancellation of order is not updated. It still says "you item is on your way". (Please have a look at the screen shot from the images I took today of the order tracking page.). Also the cancellation email proof is also attached with the images. I hope that quicker understands that for a poor or normal person like me, blocking 6000 rs will create a lot of financial trouble.

Such a fraud company claiming to make the best experience of online selling and buying of old items.
Ive sold my TV with one of the customer like on 6th of april 2016 that very day the logistics team called me to confirm the address and the alloted me a time slot of 4pm to 8pm while i waited it almost got 9pm i called the quicker team they told me the pick up vehicle cudnt reach they will collect it tomorrow morning i kept waiting till evening "NO RESPONSE" from their side not even a single update.
I kept calling the team now and then the same response sir wait will do will do.
2 days passed not a single response after geting paid they just sit back and relax not at all worried about the customers inconvenience.

Hello! I had made online payment of rs 750/- for Add ID[protected] but seller had sold the item already to some other party and I was promised a refund to my bank account. But I haven't received the amount yet!!! Please take care of it and make sure I get the refund asap.

In quiker I had not registered any add to sell my mobile with my number and once already doing complaint in his customer care then he said this post deleted but again and again many customer call me for this post and selling phone. I don't know without any confirmation why company registered any selling post. I am very frustrated and very tense and i am mentally disturb. Please suggest to me for any legal action..
