I purchased shoes from their website, they delivered me the wrong product and the same time I raised a return request to them. They said me to send the images of the shoes on their email. Almost 1 month later they arranged to pick up the wrong product and since then neither they delivered the shoes nor refund, and their contact number is not reachable also even they are not updating and replying on WhatsApp number.

I buy a shoes from your website the shoes quality not good and you show in image the shoe not match the shoes so please refund my money return the shoes the and when I wear the shoes in one day the shoes ripped off in so please return the shoes and refund my money

I have purchased shoe online on website quyastyle.com and I didn't like the quality and also defective, as per the company policy with in 5 days need to raise a return request, I have raised it with in the time frame, also submitted the defective photos and has quality issues. But they rejected saying same item delivered, return request is rejected.
