I have cancel my insurance premium. But R shield has pre closure my premium and charging 11000 for pre closure. I want my refund.

I had activated the service for 1 year.
I want to cancel renewal and end my subscription.
My renewal date is tomorrow i.e 13.03.2021.

I have been forcefully insured and my Platinum Maxima card is card number 5170 which is debited from my card to R Shield Insurance Premium (March / 2/2021) and ₹ 15000 (Feb / 23/2021) ₹ 600 has been debited from my card. Dear sir,

I have got the new credit card My date of birth 03.10.1992.

After 2 days I got the message Rs.7800 debited for Insurance, I do no why they charged.

I confirmed with customer care after getting the card. they said no insurance activated in your account.

But after 2 days it happened amount debited, if complaint to the customer care they said Insurance people call you and we do no about the insurance.

I do no what they are following, without Any confirmation from side like OTP or Password they are deducting I do no about that.

Please solve my problem and get me the refund of Rs.7800 sir

Hi i am punnam chander one of the customer who is cheated by rbl bank...30 days before i got call from rbl insurance customer care regarding r shield insurance subscription that time i clearly told to rbl customer care person i don’t have any interest in any type of insurance subscription.. Even through they had activated.. Yesterday i got my credit statement stating that r shield insurance premium rs.1000/- how come if a customer is not interested in particular thing how you people activate without their knowledge.. Now i don’t want to pay premium.. Pls take immediate action on the above incident other wise come and take your credit card.
