I booked bus tickets from rail yatri. Suddenly after few hours, I recieved a message that bus operator cancelled your ticket and that same day. I had asked for refund no reply. Then, after few days I conatcted them about my ticket they said that they had sent the refund but it’s been 21 days since, I hadn’t received a single penny. I daily message them at [protected]@railyatri.in but they say same thing even I had contacted my bank branch. They are saying this is fraud company and you have been cheated. Any help from your side is appreciated.

Hi, would like to seek you assisstance to get my refund as my booking was not confirmed after a long hour waiting showing loading page. I never get any booking order id to track down.

Hi, would like to get assistance for not refunding money as after lot of “loading page” for a hour and displayed nothing about status or order id. I have attached a copy of proof showing transaction ID.

I booked a ticket but the amount was debited from my Google pay but it is showing incomplete booking. The total fare is 192 rs. The upi transaction id :[protected]. On 05/08/2022.I booked a ticket but the amount was debited from my Google pay but it is showing incomplete booking. The total fare is 590rs. I tried booking with railyatri, the amount was debited but ticket was not booked. I want my refund.

I booked a ticket but the amount was debited from my Google pay but it is showing incomplete booking. The total fare is 514 rs. The upi transaction id :[protected]. Please solve my issue and refund my amount....

Tried to book tickets money got deducted from my back account two times
1) first time upi payment was complete but in rail yatri website it was showing payment failed
) 2nd time this time tried using google pay. tried to book ticket money got debited but from account but at irctc login site it says transaction timeout
both times money got deducted...

Hello, I am Uday Kishore . I have tried booking bus ticket from Bangalore to ballari (Pooja Travels) on 7.02.2919 through Google pay ...Amount of 477 Rs debited from account ..Reference Id[protected], but ticket not booked. I have tried calling Railyatri but no response .I have sent email to rail yatri but no response from them .Please resolve the issue immediately.

I booked rail yatri travelling product even money also deducted from my account till there is no update. Even we tried to contact the customer care also there is no response every time only one person is answering and saying we will call in some but no call at all.. I think this is the fraud online product purchase store rail yatri. There is no change on order status after 3 days also remaining the same status.
