Rail Yatri App Complaints & Reviews

I booked amritsar to Delhi shtabadi express for 24th oct, 2020 and a return ticket for 27, oct, 2020. I got information from friend that no trains are running and these rail yatri people are taking people's hard earned money with no such information on the app.
Also, there is no notification about cancellation of train. I have also confirmed this from my city's Railway Station and they confirmed about it.

Sir my order id is 447310 & 557924 refundable amount 1355 & 4201 rupees. Because i cancelled ticket for same order id but i do not get refund sir;i can do lot of complain about this problem but not solved they my problem; i paayment go throw debit card of sbi;
Rail yatri provided rrn no for id 447310 is 9356209378097010036942827.
Order id 557924. Rrn no is 9356209378119010490605062. I goto sbi branch but he says i donot help...
