Dear sir,
I am feeling regret to say that that railway ministry has increased prices for its passengers but no betterment in its services.
Specially i want to complaint about train no. 12171 (mumbai to haridwar)
12172 (haridwar to mumbai)
its lacking many basic things
Like. No pantry car,no proper water storage,tanks are damaged and its pretty much congested boogies and train is also old.there were many...
