I ordered 2 sarees on this site however they deliverd only 1 saree and i got it by courier. When i opened and saw its totally a fake product. I lost all my money. Now when i am trying to conect to customer care no or trying to return it, its showing that they are on vacation till 20th November. Please dont order from such sites. I will not leave them like this but.. i will sue them..

I ordered Green colour Net saree by seeing the picture uploaded on Rainbow fashion website. The saree looked beautiful and decent to buy. The product which I have received is completely opposite. It is very different from the product picture uploaded on their website. It was a very disapointing experience and the customer satisfaction is extremely low. I even tried contacting them since last week but got no response.

Https://rainbowfashion.in/ they are a scam. They show best sarees on Digital platform and delivered a very low quality saree. They don't even have a phone number to contact. They calling once to confirm delivery address and I had asked that time if exact saree will be delivered or not for which they said yes. #Fraud #Scam...

The website Raimbowfashion.in is fraud. They show nice pics of sarees and when ordered online they send cheap saree no where matching the one you ordered.

I search for a particular saree through the internet and I found a store called "Rainbow Fashion". I placed the order and after 2 days I received a call for confirmation after that around 6 to 7 days I receive a saree.
The saree cost is 999 and placed via Cash on Delivery. Once I open the saree I realize it was not the same saree and it looks very cheap and not worth 999. It seems just 100rs saree. And then I sent return mail and just received a boat reply after that no response from their side. I tried multiple times to reach them via call, but no response. Please look at this and do the needful.

Cheating customers to show nice products on their site rainbow fashion.in at the time of order and they are sending completely worthless product, now they are not answering call. [protected], [protected]. They are cheating so many customers. Please help.to close this type fraud sites.

The product ordered and what is delivered is totally different. There is a customer care email id and a number ([protected]) mentioned on thier website which are not reachable and the seller website team is not responsive to any queries about sending fake products to customers and about their return policies. I would like to raise this as a matter of concern here on this platform so that no future customers are cheated. Or atleast would like to know if this is a genuine website and seller.

but we have recieved totally different worst saree.
no response by customer care.
The number and email they have posted does not exist.
dont lose your hard earned money on this scam or useless website.

I received a plain yellow saree wherein i ordered for heavy green embroidery neon green saree. They don't have any contact. The number and email they have posted does not exist. Worst experience ever. I tried getting in touch with them but how could i as the numbers never existed. They show elegant sarees on website but never deliver any. Please stay away from them. I have lost my money already.
