Rajdhani Packers And Movers Chennai Complaints & Reviews

I had a worst experience with them and had to follow up a lot for the delivery.
I booked my house hold items from Chennai to Pune in October end.
Their website is a cheating game. They will say Chennai to Pune is only 10k but once they reach home, they will ask 10k for transport + toll tax + GST + insurance + state transfer tax + extra + extra = 24k.
I was still okay with that but I had to keep my luggage for 6 months in their warehouse, for that they charged 2k every month( which we discussed already). And when the time of delivery came he asked me extra 1500₹ for spray and keeping the things good.

Now when it comes to delivery I asked them to deliver it on time on Sunday or Monday max. But they delivered it on next Saturday that also following up with lot of people on the phone daily 5-6 times. It was pathetic and I got exhausted on the last day. Also somehow I didn't recieve the TV at my end then I had to call and follow up. By mistake it was their at the office in Pune. I had to go the same day to collect it from there. Not only that My refrigerator came without box to my end and had a scratch and bump on it. My most of the cartons were water dampened and fungus was there. My bed's ply board was like already water dampened. I won't ever suggest them. Yes I got 1500 in return for all those things. Rest all you can decide.

Hidden cost (Almost double) unprofessional behaviour (Loading people) no punctuality no proper response after loading first they deliver me wrong package delayed upto 2 days for delivery worst experience. Here review space is limited. Cant express my feeling in this small space. That much i suffered. Never opt again. Hidden cost is too much. They wont tell it before. Beware guys.

I had to move my luggage from chennai to bangalore, i called rajdhani packers and movers, chennai which i found on google,
I told i have 2 bags and a mini fridge, they said ok we ll move it for 2000 + taxes, i said ok .they came to my place the other day amd packed the luggage in a mini van . And made a bill of 6907 telling that 3000 was just the transpostation rest are the service nd OT charges, i asked them to unload the luggage as they did not tell me about this earlier . They starded arguing with me and my wife, wen my wife asked them to cancel the booking they asked to pay for labour charges . The started talking abusively and also passed harassing comments . I called the company contact they also did the same ...after a long argument they took my luggage by telling that they ll shift in the minimum price and will discount it to 3000, after reaching the shift location to bangalore they asked 5000 from my grandmother . As she was alone and could not argue, she gave it ... but these people are big cheaters and cheap and ill mannered as well as big cheaters and a proper action should be taken against them
