My parents booked Food Item from Thiruvananthapuram to Indore on 15 March 2021 from DTDC by saying that it confirmed by AIR and will reach in 4-5 days. But as on today, 24 March 2021, we didnt receive it. When we checked through online from 22 March 2021 it is showing that One Parcel received at HUB and another is in transit, whereas they booked as single parcel of 20KG. As there is no centralized customer care, we didnt know how to contact and where to contact for the item.
We went one DTDC courier and asked them, they told after reaching while scanning the item will get the notification with OTP code then only know where is the exact location. We called the TRV location from where it is booked and then only they confirmed that it is send by ROAD not by AIR. and may reach before Friday.

There is no customer care... and least bothered about the item what we are sending.

Staff behaviour is also not good

I am using reliance postpaid service from last 2 years. And paid bill every month with in time, my monthly plan is amt 499 unlimited call and everything but reliance charge me amt. 1750 and when i was did inquiry of this then he said you have charge the advance rental plan of amt 1347, now from 13th july my no. Outgoing blocked and from 24th incoming also block and my no. Was suspended. I am already pay all amount with advance or my plan is amt 1389 unlimited call and everything 4 month but reliance charge me again 208 amt. Then customer care not pick my call. Please help me. I wish to complain about hdfc life insurance policy no.14987188 in the name of rajesh kumar that i purchased on 07.03.2012 at plot no. p-1, pp trade center, netaji subhash place, delhi-110034.
I am complaining because i purchased a policy from hdfc life insurance, vide policy number 14987188 and client id 58743741 from mr. rajiv sah[protected], dated on 07.03.2012 with a life cover for 5 years (plan name:- young star super premium). i have submitted my two instalments for the same policy of rs.30000/- (rupees thirty thousand only).
When i went to the hdfc life insurance company limited, 301, plot number 15, 3rd floor, mangalam place, nn mall, rohini sector 3, delhi - 110085, district centre, near m2k cinema to pay my third premium amount there was a lady (branch employee) who told me that your amount for the above said policy number is transferred for stock trading.
When i first learned of this problem, i contacted to the same executive named rajiv sah[protected] at hdfc life insurance branch, rohini. he replied that your amount is transferred to stock trading and you must have to pay your premium for 5 years then you can stop or else your amount of last two premiums will be finished and was told that nothing could be done about my problem. i believe that this response is unfair because my hard-earned amount transferred to another purpose without intimating me which is very unfair.
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. if i do not hear from you within 10 days i will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives. i am enclosing copies of my receipt. i may be contacted at the above address and phone number.

I am resident of Vikaram Enclave, Plot No. 51, Flat No. F-1, Near Delhi Convent School, Shalimar Garden, our Sewer Line is under repair since 1 year and we have made more than various complaints with MCD office but still no action has been taken we failed to understand that what is the use of this on line complain if nobody attend the complaint. now people of plot no. 51 vikaram area near macca masjid are suffering from various diseases due to non repair of sewer line since 1 year. finally we request to take immediate action otherwise we have see the other alternative.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am a regular customer of DTDC but it is very sorry to say that neither your staff behaviour nor your services being provided to customer are even upto the level of satisfactory. It i very poor, better you close your services and sit back or change your present staff.

It is matter of deep regret that since 8 months the sever line of Vikram Enclave, Plot no. 51 Near Macca Masij - Shalimar Garden Rajender Nagar Ghaziabad is under repair. We have made so many complaints and also advertised in new paper but Nagar Nigam Ghazibad did not take any action. As and when we visited office and contacted the concerned person we have been informed that it will be repaired in next week but so far no action taken and due to dirty water and garbage spread on the road, the people who are residing near the area are getting too much problem. If it is not repaired immediately then there is a chance of Dengue and other serious decease. We hope after this complain the Nagar Nigam act immediately .

I am working in indian air force and i m residing in gomti nagar lucknow. Om 03 jul 15 i along with my kids parked my motor cycle as 03 b 2821 near lake view apartment well clear of road and purchasing some items. At around 1830 hrs bus registration number up 32 cn 4559 hit my bike and ran away from the spot inspite of being told to stop. My bike got damaged its wind screen and side indicators. I request to look into the matter on priority as tata motors is a reputed company and reflecting this type of rash driving image set back the position of company and also i want compensation for my damage parts of vehicle of which photo attached.

Very humilating experience everyone has been facing at Jagdamba gas agency, Kishtwar. Following may be read: 1. inordinate delay in issuing new connections to the new consumers . This amounts to that users are maximum and two more agencies required to be eastablished. 2. MisbehaVIOUR OF workers at Agency to the extent of manhandling. This need priority to be attended. 3. Even owner is self styled and misbehaved persons lacking mannerism .

Sir, It is to inform that Sh. Rajesh Kumar R/O 143 Samman Bazar Bhogal, New Delhi-110014 is using illegal water connection from past more than 10years. He has taken a water line from the main water supply line and using it without ant meter. His water tank overflows daily as he donot have to pay for it. We suffer from the water flow on daily basis. further when the matter was brought to the knowledge of officer of delhi jal board office in lajpat nagar they behaved in a careless manner and didnot do any thing. I hereby inform that he donot have a water connection rather has taken a illegal line from the main water supply and making other suffer. You are requested to kindly look into the matter and make him pay for the water used by him, so that he didnot waste a precious resource such as water. It is aslo informed that he has intaled his water motor in basement so that no one can see it.
