Ordered two books from https://www.rakeshyadavpublication.com/ website, i have made payment also and received an email confirmation of successful transaction.
But didn't find delivery details in there order confirmation as well as in invoice.
As per the government's rule online should provide tentative delivery date while purchasing any product through online.
But this website is not following...

I am a student. I ordered 2 books & a pen drive course (Details in attachments ), paid Rs. 2629 (Rs 100 is for shipping & Handling). I was given tracking id [protected] of Shree Anjani courier. Its first location is Ahmadabad instead of New Delhi, last location is Shalimar Bagh(Mob. [protected]) I called, this guy said he had returned it to sender. Sender has been saying repeatedly he has not received it . It has been more than 10 days.I request...
