Neither completed the project nor registered
I paid around 30L for commercial office space with this company. The construction of project was halted and the company might be bankrupt or insolvent. To my knowledge, the owner defaulted and all the investors are thrown to streets.

Dear Sir,
We have taken a commercial property in Ramakrishna techno towers from Ramakrishna housing PVT ltd.
Paid 95% as the payment advance and they are supposed to pay the AMR until construction is completed. They stopped construction and as well not paying the AMR.
It is about more than two years, they stopped the construction. Not sure, what about the future, not getting any communication from them. br...

Took 95% payment advance, not finishing the project
I entered into agreement in 2018 with project finishing date as 2020, they didn't complete the project or refunding the Money. Very argent builder

Project Not completed and calls not attended and stalled construction since 4 years
Possession date of RERA registered project expired on January 2019, grace period January 2020 completed. No construction activity on the project, no possession and not refunding the amount ( paid 95% ).
