TVS Juliter vehicle - poor service

I have purchased TVS jupiter vehicle from Ramkay TVS Adyar Chennai. Very poor customer service. No proper communication. They are not treating customers properly . Simply avoiding the customers by taking so much time for service. They are taking more than 3 days for bike servicing . Worst behavior by the staffs.

Delay in repairing the complaints and dropping after service
First of alll there is a huge delay in them looking at the complaints drag like hell and drag like crazyy to drop a serviced vehicle

I bought the vehicle at last week.and some problem we faced in this vehicle.today(12/10/2021) I gaved the vehicle.and agents says your vehicle is ready take it today!I called to agent, then I says wait till 7:15pm, TV's agent says we can't for you then speaking harshly.i did'nt expect this! Please take severe action.some agents are not giving response to customers.

Request for parts estimation
Dear sir i am genuine customer for ramkay tvs . i submitted my bike tvs
n torque, for parts replacement. i am working in Hyundai accident department, so i initiate the claim my self and to allot the surveyor. i need estimation of the repair work . but they not give that kindly take step and give estimation

I have took scooty zest on 2019 in installment.i completed my loan still not yet received even NOC as well as RC BOOK.so many timea called no one responding...

I am user tvs vehicle customer and my family and my friends used tvs vehicle but i am not satisfied servicing. My bike all service part short in service center that my bike clutch box many part damage it my problem. I lived in moradabad city. I am do the service in brass city motor moradabad. I have used 2 year tvs victor. My vehicle no. Up21br0550.
I am user tvs vehicle customer and my family and my friends used tvs vehicle but i am not satisfied servicing. Scheduled service was refused. I had called on Saturday (21/12/19) and was asked to come on 24/12/19 after an appointment was booked. But when I went today, NO appointment was booked and do they refused service. I have a problem because the button start is NOT working. Now it's more than 10 days and service is not arranged yet. Horrible service...

cheating of customers in the name of paytm

I am a regular customer of TVS motor company... I have bought TVS STAR city plus (TN09 CJ9262) last year in my Son's name G.Raghul and recently i bought TVS XL 100 COMFORT on 10/02/2018 (TN 09 CL8704) in my wife's name S.Malliga at RAMKAY Agencies, Velachery Main Road, Chennai-32.
In the second purchase, i have been misguided by one of the sales woman Ms.Yamuna at RAMKAY Agencies, Velachery Main Road, Chennai-32 and gave me some false information regarding purchase through Paytm.
I have been compelled to pay through paytm and as i have no paytm account, i have been asked to open an account and paid the amount.
I have been informed that i will get Rs.2500/- cash back from paytm but i surprised the message from paytm that the cashback amount is Rs.0.. I have unnecessarily opened the account by paying Rs.500/- and also i lost the discount of Rs.500/- from the dealer at that time of purchase.
Further, whenever, i call the sales person, she used to say you will receive after 10 days, then within one month etc etc.. But after i checked thoroughly the paytm site, i am able to realize that the cash back is only Rs.0. when i asked about this, she started dodging and refused to pick up my phone call and if at all picked, she used to say, i will check with my "Sir" and get back but she never called me back with any of the details. This creates mental agony and as i am very much a TVS customer (like to buy only TVS vehicles), I request the TVS firm to look into the matter and resolve the issue, please.

Ramkay TVS — TVS Jupiter
I have purchase TVS Jupiter no 0310 on 20- JAN-2016 Medavakkam Ramkay TVS I gave first service and my second service is due now.
Before i will give to second service Juipiter brake was not work proper and i met small accident with my wife in Thiruvanumiur on .[protected] I drive speed with 30 - 40 KM brake was not working proper. I gave this my jupiter sevice just one month back. My jupiter front panel, margard, got damaged
I have already purchase two honda bikes in mansarovar. I have never faced any issue when i bought it newly.
I went and asked both Ramkay TVS service manager and Sales manager and they are not responding properly.They are saying bla bla. I will go to Ramkay TVS again. I don't find any complaint no for Ramkay tvs
if brake is not working properly if bike bought only 3 months before and got service one month before at least they should take some responsibility for customer
I don't know what is the meaning of customer satisfaction and reliability
Please people don't give any of your vehicle for Ramkay TVS service center . it is very work and i am feeling bad for that

They Charge Logistics and Ware house 2050 for all the bikes but other dealers not charge that amount, They told Rs, 150 for Flag Day but it's cost only Rs, 50 And they Cheat Affiliated whit out any documents in current address it's charge only Rs, 500 but they charge Rs, 1300 they Cheat every customer. There quote value higher then other dealers.

I wouldn't recommend this service centre. Please find a better TVS centre.
I have been using Medavakkam Ramkey for 3 years & they're the worst people ever. They are just money hungry & instead of just servicing, they tell you your bike parts are worn out & advise to change it. They do it every single time. First i thought they are being genuine. They made me pay 3-5k for every 3-6months, changing the parts again & again for a good running bike.
(That's almost the cost of a new bike i have given them). I got doubt about the same parts being changed, when I confronted them with all previous bills, they said like "oh, it must be mistake". Then they told me some other parts needs to be changed. They told me they are putting extra power engine oil which they promised will long laster, but it didn't.
Never they did just servicing for me & my friends, but always showed ways to increase your bill by replacing old parts.
I trusted them for their brand name, but totally poor & worst. Even a roadside mechanic is better. Don't loose all your money with this service centre.

Problem in scooty pep plus

Problem 1 - I have purchased Scooty pep plus on from Adyar Ramkay TVS during first week of February 2016. From next onwards I had kicker starting trouble (I had to kick 20 + times) every day morning however self start was working fine. I had reported this to Ramkay agency and they said its fixed. Again the next day I had the starting trouble with kicker and the engine ideal state get switched off frequently and this time I approved assistant manager, the assistant manager over there was very bad that he didn't even given focus to what we are saying and later I had to shout the next day to get his response and task done. This pattern continued 4 times back and forth but still no permanent resolution
Problem 2 - Vehicle suddenly stopped while running while my wife was driving in the road (looks like spark plub got removed) and someone helped by road side to get this fixed. This was reported during the first service, however after 4 days from first service, the vehicle again stopped on middle of the road while running and it is again with the spark plug. when got the Ramkay mechanic, they said that the spark pin is not there properly and he changed new spark pin.
Combinely I had been to Ramkay showroom 6 times till I bought this Scooty and I have 3 complaints with TVS. I finally decided to return this vehicle. We tried talking to then to get the refund but we didn;t get any proper response

I had never seen such a worse service experience, they dont even have access to the parts of the apache vehicle, don't have skilled labour's to find the exact mistake of the vehicle, if you dont have the parts for the fi vehicle then why are you selling the vehicle

Late Fee for Undelivered Bike

Dear akosha,
I got my new Apache RTR 160 bike from "Ramkay TVS, Velachery" Chennai-600032. I booked my bike on "05-Mar-2014" through emi (loan) option with TVS Credit Services Limited, Guindy. Bike price onroad including all(accessories, registration fee, etc..) is "Rs.79495" + Interest. I took loan for 13 months and my monthly emi will be "Rs.3553". I booked my bike on 5th of March, they said the bike will be delivered within 8-12 days. My bike got delivered on "11-Apr-2014" eve 5PM. But they have deposited my first(due) check on "05-Apr-2014" without my knowledge. I bounced my check, because my bike was not delivered on that date. Without delivering bike they asking for due amount. I was totally disappointed. My bank has debited "Rs.350" fine as bouncing charges. And now TVS Credit Services Limited asking for "Rs. 400" fine as bouncing charges. Now i paid "Rs.3553" by cash with Ramkay TVS on "12-Apr-2014" eve 4PM. Manager "Karupu Vel Raja" guaranteed that he could waiver "Rs.400" for late delivery on my bike. But now they are saying we cant do anything, I was annoyed and totally disappointed. Pls akosha do help with this for me.

Worst Service and Products

Hi,
I purchased the TVS JIVE last year (10th August 2011) This vehicle total wast and Milege is very low.1 week before i given the my vehicle to Ramkay for service and they checked and told Battery is gone so we will replace the battery in the warrenty and replaced the same and informed some other complaints also.So they checked informed carpertor is gone and service not done properly what i given the complaint still its persists.2 days they kept my vehicle and he given back to me we ordered the carpertor its comes from Osur.So wait for 3 days.After one week i called and they asked me to give the vehicle hence i given my vehicle 2 days before for change the carpetor.Today they return back my vehicle and they told carpetor has been changed.I drive its totally worst i cant able to drive also i can able to drive more 40 km Speed.They not done the service properly and at anytime they asking me to come and give and chk issue has been resolved and they telling issues got resolved but i feel they not do anything.Also My vehlcle give milege only 40km per liter.But in ADVT they told 60 to 70 kms.They not doing the proper service also complaints also not resolving properly.Today i felt very bad i cant able to drive the vehicle also.

People,Dont go for Service in Ramkay TVS(adyar)
For service, I have given my scooty on saturday, they said as: it will be delivered on monday 12pm.. On Monday they called me as: need to change some parts it will take till monday whole day.. no spare parts available, cant be delivered on the same day.. such a worst service and no proper response from those people. your pocket money have gone..they are sucking us...
While delivery of the vehicle, they are making people to halt for morethan 30 minutes..

REPLACEMENT / REPAIR

My vehicle got damaged in an accident. The same was handed over to Ramkay after completing of alla formalities on 03 Feb 12. When asked for the delivery date I was assured that within 7 days. On completion of 10 days when enquired they informed that the vehicle will be ready with in next 2 days.Again on 16th Feb 12 when contacted the TVS No [protected], [protected]. Again I Contacted MR Venkat Manager of Ramkay motors I appraised the situvation. He assured to resolve the issue at the earleist. His contact No is [protected]. Keeping in view of the TVS company within reachable approach and as I was assured that spares are availabe at all times. Also I was aksed to pay an amount of Rs 3000/- in advance against repair charges which was paid through debit card
The saddest part is that the resposnible person for attending the quarry wer not maturing the call. Around 10 times the call was made on the above given no. Where I was forced to disturb the Manger of Ramkay agencies at odd hours.
Moving forward suggesting TVS brand is sems not trust worthy.
I want resolution at the earliest

Free Service is not Good

I have given my Apache RTR 160 FI for service on 8th May to Ramkay TVS Adyar. I had complained to the executive about the petrol blocking while riding at minimum KM 35. The attender now coming with the reply that the RTR 160 FI is poor when comparing with the RTR 160 with out fuel injection(FI). I often get this problem, on the third service they have replaced the fule gauge in warranty because the same problem occured before.
But now they did not even check the problem. The service in Ramkay TVS Adyar is very poor when comparing with Velachery Ramkay TVS. Kindly pls do necessery action, since the vechicle is under free service they are not doing the service properly.

Service is too bad and collect more money
Yesterday i did my 6th service as paid service, My total charges for my bike is around rs.2600, from this amount rs.875 is labour charges. Im not interested to do service in chennai ramkay tvs, velachery-600032 service centre Helpful
