I placed an order for Rs.455.70 on 04.08.2024. The order ID is 617935. I also paid the money for it. But, the product is not even shipped yet. There is no update from them so far. So, I request you to cancel my order and refund my money.

My name is ganapathy narayanan, i have ordered 2 sets of masks, order no. 45793 dated 17.08.2020 and the same day i got mail confirmation as materials are packed and ready for shipment.
On 21st i called[protected] and discussed the dispatch status of my order, shocking information is materials not packed and shipped. The lady confirmed the materials will be packed and shipped immediately.
The same day i got one more same message from ramraj office phone number +[protected] and shipment no. [protected], material is packed and shipped.

Today (24/08/2020) morning and evening, i called the same above phone number, but still in vein, no positive response from your office and i was told material not dispatched.

I couldn't understand a big banner, ramraj - what is the process to be followed for online order and even after repeated calls customers are made to feel he is getting cheated.

This order is rs. 300 + delivery charges 80 thus rs. 380/- in total is not a huge amount for me, i am sure that i will not recommend any more to anyone your company products as there is no standard procedure and the customer is made to feel bad.

Today morning 24/08/2020, i called[protected] around 10.55am, and one lady informed me that materials were already dispatched on 24, 08.2020 and requested for shipment details.

By 11.50am, once again i called and she said material will be dispatched today.

Total cheating company, shame on ramraj.

I visit the ramaraj cotton purasawalkam branch shop on 30/09. I bought one half shelve shirt 42 inch and i put billing in counter, cashier swipe my credit card and inform me that, card machine is not working, as an alternative they asked me for cash. But i don't have cash in my hands on that time, so i left the shop without buying anything.

Later, i checked my net bank details, its clearly shows money has been already transfer to ramraj cotton. I got shocked and speechless.

And then i vist the shop again and ask the manager for my product or provide the money which you have taken. But they refuse to give both product and money till now. I visit shop for more than 4 times. Still i don't good response from them. They treating customer very bad. I also attached bank transfer id and image along with this.

Hence i request all your help to resolve this issue and get my product or money.

I also suggest customer to don't visit ramraj cotton due to poor customer service.
