Paid him money 340000 in this time period. Till August he was attending call and just doing false promises . I then cancelled the order and asked for money and lodged a complaint where one month period was given by the police with a written document . After false promises I seeked police help he gave 3 lakh cheque for 26 January 2022 that is also now bounced . I m doing a legal case now . He has many consumer complaints I have his written statement also. He also asked me to remove the reviews and doing fake reviews for other accounts. Please do not buy anything with this guy . Rana Jeep Gypsy & car Modifications Mandi Dabwali Ph - [protected] । 340000 की राशी प्राप्त की जो की दी० 14/ 03/2021 महीने में डिलीवरी देनी थी । काफ़ी समय तक जिप्सी ना देने पर मैने जुलाई महा मै पेमैंट वापिस मांगी और पुलिस कंप्लेन भी की।

जिसके संबंध में दि0. 20/07/ 2020 को Sho डाबवाली एवं Sp Sirsa को gmail के द्वारा प्राथना पत्र दिया था। जिसके पश्चात Sho डबवाली ने प्रतिवादी रंजीत सिंह उपरोक्त को अपना बयान थाने डबवाली मे बुलाकर दर्ज करवाया था। रंजीत उपरोक्त अपने लिखित बयान मे 1 महीने मे रकम 340000 लौटाने की सपथ ली थी। परंतु कोई रकम नहीं लौटाई । लिखित बयान भी संलग्न कर रहा हूं।

आगे और पुलिस कंप्लेन करने पर दि० 1/सितम्बर/2021 को 40000 की रकम लौटाई और 30/ 09 /2021 पूरी रकम लौटने की बात कही।

ऐसा ना होने पर मैंने थाना इंचार्ज हलद्वानी चौकी मुखानी शिकायत के लिए आवेदन किया । हल्द्वानी थाने से थाना इंचार्ज ने रंजीत हंजरा से बात की और फ़िर 50000 रकम तीन दिन मैं और बाकी राशि दो चेक देने थे। अभी तक रकम और चैक नहीं दिए

Y brother ordered open jeep from this vendor. After so many follow up he delivered vehicle after 8 month. Initial he was not ready to deliver vehicle after taking money. After rigorous follow up of 8 month he delivered vehicle. He charged very high money for same. When vehicle was delivered in bangalore to us engine got ceased after few week. We have to given 1lakh to mechanic to get it repaired. Initially he promised we will be taking guarantee if something goes wrong. When we called him he started scolding us. He had also promised he will give noc and paper. Almost 10 month is passed he has not given paper and noc of vehicle so we are facing lot of problem in driving.

I am from south india and this guy is worst manufacturer of modified jeep. My brother lives out of country and he has paid advance money for open jeep and rest money before delivery and this guy rana modification guy has not delivered vehicle yet and almost four month is passed. When we are asking for refund of money he is not picking call and or not even delivering vehicle. We all got stuck and don't know how to take our money back. Don't get into trap of this guy. I have heard this guy is big cheater from other sources.
