On October 23 2023, I have ordered a shoe and since today I haven't received the shoe, I did online payment time to time and mostly on cash on delivery,
The track doesn't even move it's on the same track till now . This never happen before, so I complain that if you could either send the shoe or refund back the money

I returned the shoe and money is credited in my rapidbox wallet and I transferred it to my bank account on friday but still the money is not credited in my bank account. Its is still in process

I have ordered a pair of shoes but the shoes are not good so i have returned the product, they transferred the money to my Rapidbox wallet. I have requested to transfer that money to my account around 7 to 10 days back but still now the money is not transferred to my account..

My rapid box wallet money transfer but I don't receive my bank account

I have ordered two shoes and due to size issue, I have returned the same but it's been more than 10 days as the refund amount was showing in the Rapid Box wallet and I transferred the amount to my bank account but I still haven't received any money as said before It's been more than 10 days and they are not even replying to my emails. Please do something.

I also ordered from rapid box T-shirts, and did pre-paid payment but they didn't dispatch my order till 4 days. So, i emailed them on their support. They adviced to cancel order and place it again. But as i didn't wanted to get those T shirts as it was too late. So i transferred money from wallet to my account, their app shows "transferred to bank" but my bank account has not been credited with the same. I am constantly trying to reach out to customer service they responded 3 times with same msg to wait. But now it's been 5 days and they are not responding. I request you to take strict action regarding rapid box.

I ordered shoes from Rapidbox which is not delivered to me. He was cancelled. 490 shoes, so my money back in my rapid wallet but it did not come to my bank account. He had said that from 4to 5 days. but it has been 9 to 10 days which have not come, then you return me my money . Otherwise I will do your company in National Consumer Forum and I will do it in CM Helpline.

I ordered 3 shirts from rapidbox for Rs 920 on 16th oct 2021 which got delivered on 21st oct 2021.
However either the shirts were defective or not as per the product details mentioned on the site. So I initiated return on the same day.
The product was picked up on 23rd oct 2021 and an amount of Rs 920 was added to rapidbox wallet as refund.
I had the option to transfer my money to my bank account so I initiated transfer my money to my bank account.
They said the money will be transferred to my Bank account within 4-5 working days.

Today it has been over 7-8 working days but still my money is not yet transferred to my bank account.
I dropped an email to support team however no positive response yet.
I need my money back.

Please help.

I had order the pair of shoes yesterday nd i had already done online payment... I cancelled that order after sometime but i didn't get my refund back

I purchased shoes from rapid box i got delivery also but the product i received was not good quality so I returned it next day they came n picked it up but my money is not returned to me why they are doing like this i dono many people lost their money through rapid box i request to take a serious action towards rapid box and request to pay back our money

I have purchased apparels from Rapid Box. The product was defective I applied for replacement of the product and got new one. But, replaced product was also not good, so applied for refund.

The refund is still not processed. The delivery executive will not update the delivery status or returned status properly.

Now they are asking for acknowledgement for return, but they have not given any acknowledgement when I returned the product. The are taking more than 2 months to refund my amount.
