Hi I am Akash Roy Biswas.
Ration card id - PHH [protected] and other 3 cards of the same family.
I received my card on 28th Jan 2017. It has forwardedd 5 year from the dates of our birth. Please take some serious step regarding that. I really don't have much time to spoil on it. If you all think it's a huge problem then we want the huge step and solution for that.

I wanted to add my 4 years old grand daughter's name, approached t. nagar office at valluvarkottam, the officer said said they can't add because the child's father's not in the card. i explained that father's ration card is in nagpur and is unable to transfer due to family problems. child's mother name already in the same, but officer refused to add, please advice is there anyway to add,

21- Jan-2016, i enquied many time regard my application Status every time they are said come next week, the same answer i getting from the office employee.
Please suggest any one how to resisted complaint against them

Applied for change of address to the Assistant commissioner (Ration card), Ambattur, Chennai on 7th May 2015 and the acknowledgement no.14187.
It was told that enquiry will be conducted with in a week. But so far no enquiry done till today (01/03/2016). I have also contacted the office in person three times and no positive action taken by the office staff. Requested for early action.

hey sir, for my mother i applied for a new ration card on NOV 2014 but still i have not received any confirmation about this that when i will get my new ration card. I'm in Tamil nadu near trichy... But I was Submitted All Address Proof Documents Which I Have & That all Proofs are Given In Attachments, Kindly Refer & Verify That Sir. Till date I Didn’t Recieved, My New Ration Card from our Taluk office, Ponneri, They are Refusing Me & Not Responding To the Public Also, Who Applied Ration cards. They are Saying All New Ration Cards will be issued with in 60 days. but Past 30 months means ( 2 ½ ) Two & Half Years are Runed away From Me, still Date I am waiting…………….almost 30 months (Above 900 days) Past. No Response also. While asking to Them in Taluk office, they always says "That Person is not Available now. So you come tomorrow / After One Week" & Somebody Saying "The Cards Under Printing section, After We got, we will Deliver to You Wait For More One/ Two Months". After I Called to Consumer Helpline at[protected] also………………..when I call, always Rings going on and call was Ended. I dont know………what the Govt Doing... its Tamil Nadu Govt has all the Facility like online, on Call Everything, but no response..it is more Frustrating the Citizens. Please, I want the status about My Ration Card., So any one can give the Proper Guidance for the Previous Queries and to me, also I Need a Suggestion Many Peoples Those who Worked under in the Govt. job in Public Service Persons can Do, Who Retired Person’s Also Help to Public, Like me. Respected Sir / Madam My father in law died on 20/2/2012. Now we have one ration card. But we want a new ration card on my brother in law's name as he is living in another home . That home's owner is my mother in law & she does not have any problem to give him ration card. So tell me the documents required for that process because as I am going in the Ration card"s office the is asking us for one more document

My name is Aakash Kumar Singh from Faridabad. I had lost my ration card in Oct 2013. So, I had submitted the form & FIR in Ration Card Office which is held in NIT-5, Faridabad. And they submitted my form but didn't give any receipt & say next Monday you can take it. But now Dec 2013 is going. Till now, I hadn't got my Ration Card. main apne ration depot holder (sh. Chopra Ji) se kam se kam 10 chakar laga chuka hoon lekin wo mujhe meri beti ka name apne ration card se hatane ke liye D1 form nahi de rahe hain. Hello, I applied for a ration card for me and my wife in the Suvidha center, Amritsar on 22-05-13 having token no. 57701 / 2013.Our names were deleted from our parents ration cards and documents were attached along with the application form. Even that the staff at the suvidha center said that if i submit a photocopy of the registry of the house in which i am living, which is on my father's name, the process would become much faster and i submitted the same expecting fast processing. The due date for delivery was 03-06-13 but i have not received any message from them. The excuse they are making is that the staff is not complete due to summer vacations. Kindly help.

We have already took photos of my Family members for new Ration card in the located counter, on 8/10/2012, the Acknowledgement number which was allotted to us was 8429471, Request type Correction of both address and member details,R C Num ANOGK00403117.
After so many days now they are intimating us that your ration card has been cancelled, with out intimating us how could it happens while we are using then Ration card which is fact from 05/09/2001 and the validity was 31/12/2006, we got renewal but the fair price depot person gave us the commodities till day now tell us what to do if it was cancelled.kindly help us to get our new Ration card. which already the process has been fulfilled and help us to get it, kindly reply

We shifted our house from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu to Mysore , Karnataka on June 2010 and we transferred the ration card also from Tamil Nadu but in Mysore Taluk Office they are not responding properly. We went so many times to the office they are not responding properly.

I am a citizen of Australia and on holidayinIndia, also to visitmy aged mother.My mother's homein Mumbai was redeveloped so the address has changed nominally.I went to the ration officein Nehru Nagar, Chembur-Kurla, Mumbai to get the registered address changed on the ration card. The clerk at the office, on seeing me, at once exclaimed that his cup of tea has not arrived. (Later,I wasinformed by a friend that the allusion to the cup of tea was actually anintimitation to me thatI had to grease the clerk's hand to getmy work done.It seems thisis a done thinginIndia.) But sinceI did not understand that he asked me to add a few unnecessary thingsin the form, for whichI had to standin the queue all over again. WhenI got to the clerk again, he saidin an angry andirritated tone thatI would have to meet the officerin one month's time. I'd like to ask: Doesit take one month's time for something as straightforward as an address change on a ration card. And, why doI have to meet the officer when allmy papers arein place and the change can be done on the basis of the evidenceI have provided ? I loveIndia,itismy country. WhenI go back tomy adopted country,I still think aboutIndia. However, every timeI visit here the corrupt politicians,institutions and bureaucracy of this country put me off.IfI am honest about this country whenI am asked for an opinion by a foreigner aboutit,I feel ashamed butI am compelled to tell them about the rampant corruption from top to bottom here. Politicians, bureaucrats, the police, and the mafia are all handin glovein their prime goal to get extremely rich. Politicians here stop at nothing to amass power and wealth and care nothing about the good of the country. I have to say to people who tell us expatriates and people ofIndian origin that we are second- class citizens of the countries we have adopted thatin fact,Indians are third-class citizensin their own country.
