Bought Hitachi 1 ton window A/C on saturday 19/03/2022, unit was delivered on 20/03/22, i had to follow-up for installation, remove old A/C and demo. The unit came with damaged Remote and Ratna Fan House is not bothered about it at all instead justifying that mistakes are common. Expecting us to operate the A/C manually and saying that remote will be delivered whenever the stock arrives... very bad customer service and atrocious response from the entire team. We are left out with no option of escalating also. Think twice before stepping into Ratna Fan House for A/C purchase especially Hitachi, this is the second time i am facing worst experience with the Ratna Fan House + Hitachi ...

Bought Mitsubishi electric AC from Rathna fan house on June 2020 at the time of purchase they said service will be done at priority. They have service centre phone number. I tried calling the number for past week no one picks it. I didnt receive any call back as well. I called the store directly they said will arrange foe service and call back but so far nothing is done. Poorest of all
And very bad service
