A plastic box

I bought a plastic box which was in a plastic wit other items, went home saw that the box was broken so came back to exchange or return it. The manager is saying you have broken it. We went to the cctv footage it was not clear, so couldn't come to a conclusion. They said they can't exchange it is my fault. In mere minutes they have not got an item returned. What kind of company is this?

Wheat rava packet

Hi i bought few groceries from Ratnadeep yousufguda branch 2 days back. Today i was about to cut open a wheat rava packet but thankfully before opening i saw a huge flying insect alive inside it. There was one more as well. The expriy date is till 12/2021.
Could you please check this issue on priority as this is not the level of quality expected of a reputed chain! And these are daily used groceries.. i wonder how many of such quality misses happen on a daily basis. Very disappointing to say the least !!!

BIRD IN GOLD RINGS PACKET

I BOUGHT GOLD RINGS PACKET IN RATNADEEP SUPER MARKET... WHICH IS MANUFACTURED BY THE STORE IT SELF. AFTER I CAME TO HOME... MY WIFE SAW BIRD IN PACKET.
THE SUPERMARKET NOT EVEN LIFTING THE PHONE... WHICH IS PRINTED ON THE PACK. SIMPLY IT TOOK THE COMPLAINT FROM ME.

Ratnadeep store at tolichowki hyderabad debited bill amount 189 from my debit card twice saying that on swiping the card for the first time there was an error on the machine. Manager is always late to work nd promised that amount will be backnin my account in one week but it still hasnt been returned.

manager misbehaving and not cooperating

I have visited Ratnadeep Hitech city, Hyderabad branch on 8th march, 2014. My phone (Blackberry) was lost during shopping so i told the asst.manager about this and he casually said complain in police and walked off. I again tried to speak but he avoided and he misbehaved when i asked for the managers number and claimed that he owns ratnadeep and he wont do anything . His name is MANI SURESH CHANDRA & Emp-Code : 1283. I don't know how that place is still not closed because of bad behaviour. I am a girl and he was of my fathers age and he didnot have a good way to even speak to a girl. Hopefully this place would help me resolving this kind of misbehaving attitude of the people whom are we paying money and buying things.

pls change uniform person lot of problem with Manisha Dress & his brother Ratandeep overcharge bad in behiver,misbehaving with parent, fabric lot of problem size also not ok wrong size polestar fabric supplied in uniform 3 to 4 time we has go to malwani for uniform area also not good for person like us but due to meenu chhazed we has force to buy from him pls think for student and parent No proper information details on Ashwirwad, Atta (5 kg) . Denial of my request on the basis that the billing boy unaware the today's offer. After coming home I notices that there was a offer on 5 kg Atta. He is so irresponsible while giving the information. From next time onward I never visit your outlet for not providing proper information on the offers.
