I got a few groceries and stood near the billing counter. After a 10 min or so they asked me to go to another counter as the present one only accepted online payment. On going to the other counter I was again asked to wait for another 15 min. Then when my turn came I gave them a 500 note, they demanded that I give them the exact change. They basically denied my rights as a customer. I did not deny giving any money. They were very rude and arrogant when I told that I wouldn't be paying with UPI. They very obnoxiously told me that there was no other option than leave those goods there go. This was very disrespectful. Not to mention, the supervisor was right beside me when I asked for him and he did not utter a single word!

Today I bought Vicks costing 49 rupees, and when I came home and opened it, it was an used product, somebody had already taken some of it and put it back in place.
I have bought a product used for the normal MRP. Vicks is a product used for cold and someone had already used it, thats very unhygienic.

One Salesman in Madhapur Ratnadeep Supermarket (Landmark : Near Avasa Hotel) had been stalking and behaving indecently with some female customers inside the supermarket and when questioned gave rude answers. When the issue was taken to the Supervisor's notice, he supported the Salesman and troubled the customer even more. When complained to the Operations Manager in the head office, he failed to take action.

This is to inform all buyer to be aware of prices this RATNADEEP SUPERMARKET charges in the bill, all items are billed at MRP rate only. Even small items like agarbati Rs 70/=, vasline Rs 225, Nivea shower Rs 199/= all items are billed at MRP RATE. Mine total bill was for Rs 3152/=.

Be aware all customers to go to another supermarket where billing are atleast 5% below MRP.

If you take the example of Dmart all items are billed below MRP rate.

Kindly note the loot undertaken by RATNADEEP SUPERMARKET, avoid going to such supermarket.

Where in the name of brand charging high prices.

You all can check after coming home what is MRP and how much they collected from you.

Be cautious.

Respected sir, kindly please take this matter seriously. it has just been a month since we bought our green chef rice cooker and its not working. we have been very careful while using it since it is just been a month. it highly frustrating that a product designed by your company is not working after just a month. kindly address this problem.
