I had ordered a ray ban sunglass on 60 Jan 2023. I received the product and I did not like it so i placed a return. They asked me for images of the lense, model number, packaging etc. Now they replied to me saying that the product does not matches with the details they have and they will not initiate return of this. The product price is 12490 rupees and the order id is[protected]

I purchased the sunglass in mid 2022 from Ray Ban store "Kuldeep Opticals" in Patiala, India. Since last few weeks i observed that the polar/UV film on the glass is peeling off from top of the glass.
I was surprised to see such issues with Ray Ban glass being a regular buyer of Ray Ban. I have complained to the dealer also, but the issues has not been resolved.

Can you take the issue up and resolve as per the policy.

I had purchased Model RB 8313 004/N5 58 13 3P for Rs.14000 couple of years back. Within a year of wearing the carbon fibre or plastic cover covering the temples has started becoming brittle and breaking off as it just plastic and the glue was wearing off and carbon fibre temple cover stands out as wings from the sides.

This cannot be broken by a user. The lens and temple stick are perfectly fine except the carbon fibre which is plastic anyways.

So recently i reached Rayban after sales and I'm told i'm required to pay for repair. Well Rayban is already an expensive investment and repairing the temples is an overhead cost. I don't understand why i would even spend on a faulty carbon fibre temple cover again? I have another pair from 2008 and it is perfectly fine for over 22 years. So the damage is not due to user handling. but a faulty carbon fibre design and then the customer is charged for the same which is ridiculous.

I purchased one ray ban aviator folding sunglass but i found that this sunglass is not authentic and sunglass fall from 2 ft height and it broken badly even frame also and i am using ray ban sunglasses from last 10 years and i have 4 sunglasses but this folding aviator sunglass is hardly 6 months old and i lost trust on rayban company that i waste hard earned money on this sunglass.

i ve ordeed a pair of ray ban glasses shown in the advertisment.
With ref. no UNIBMOC100668 and ive received the pair on 20th Jan and that was such a cheap material, that any body can have it road side at 100-150 bucks
and i dont know what to say you have charged it approx 900 bucks for that piece of crap.
The glass carrying pouch is stinking like anything
what will b d retun policy for that

I bought a ray ban with model number RB3025 002/51 58 14 few days back in month of july 2014. After a week's time even after taking care of my glasses on glass of my aviator comes out from frame itself. theni took it to the showroom from where i purchased, i told them for replacement but the just fixed it with some glue and gave it to me. Now it again after 4 days, glass comes out again from mirror. i was very excited when i bought a rayban because of its standards it has and style and its my 4th rayban but now experiencing such thing. i am quite unhappy with the quality of frame and glasses it has. i request you to do me a favor, to replace it immediately because i invested 6000 in it. I m a hardcore fan of Ray ban and using since 2001. My brother gave me the gift model no RB 4065 W3331 around 3-4 years back but the after using it for around say 2 years the outer and inner layer started peeling out. i have shown this to 3-4 dealers of yours but all of them suggested that don't replace the glasses better you buy new one which you can get cheaper rather than glasses. But my question is if somebody is purchasing such a premium product and this type of problem occurs you should replace this free of cost which seems to be quality issue. After spending 7-8 k if you are facing such problem and nobody is their to listen you neither company or dealer than one should change the brand. I have asked your dealer to give me mail id or number of Rayban person but nobody gave the detail. Can you help me in this. Regards Sagar Arora [protected]@rediffmail.com
