Yesterday i purchased raymond material for stitching two pants from raymond shop, mantralaya associates, mondovi palace, opp mgm college, manipal road, udupi ph. No: 2527918, invoice no: cs19/630/13946, dated[protected]. I paid stitching charges too. When i verified the bill at home, i found that 1.50 meters cloth has been shown as purchased for each pants. As i know maximum to the maximum 1.35 mtrs is enough to one pants. This is cheating and grabbing the pocket of the customer. Please take suitable action against the dealer and refund me the excess amount of 0.15 meters and oblige.

I paid a crazy amount to get my trouser done from made to measure by raymond's. To my utter surprise and shock, they sticthed a pyjama/ baggy trouser. The waist line measure was 36 but they stitched 40. Everything else was also not upto the mark and as i mentioned it looked i am wearing a pyjama.
When i visited the outlet, they agreed that they have goofed up. I gave them a trouser of mine purchased in 1800 rs and asked them to alter accordingly. They did but again the output is not up to the mark.

If i have to get trouser stitched as my current trouser, then what is made to measure.

I paid 5500 rs (50% discount to 11000 rs) for this kind of work whereas i normally wear readymade trousers worth 2000 rs.

I want a refund of my money from raymond's

I bought a 3 pc suit from raymonds made to measure noida which was supposed to be delivered by 19 jan.
The delivery was delayed terribly
and even after that it was a partial delivery.
They have not delivered the waistcoat. The suit was also delivered a week later. Entire payment had been made earlier as that is how the process is designed

We had to visit the store numerous times to collect the order. The staff also did not turn out to be very supportive . The complaints were not heard. This is highly disappointing as we are helpless we have already paid the entire amount but have got partial delivery. The store is not taking responsibility of the product and we are clueless where to raise our concern.

I purchased a 3 piece suite before 2 year from raymond showroom kanpur uttar pradesh and at the time of bought my suite i ask their for alteration in suite then they replied then we have showroom chain in all over india you can go and alterations service will u get there. Today i go raymond showroom basti uttar pradesh and ask about alteration in my 3 price suite but they refused me.

I purchased cloth from raymond showroom in bhuj kutch gujrat, for rs=8000 (2 pants 2 shirts). At first wash clothes start to loose colour in very pathetic way as cheap cloth, and also damage my other clothes, little lossing of colour can be seen but this cloth gives out colour like mud coming out of clothes, i dont expect such quality of cloth from raymond at such price. I am very disappointed by raymond cloth, now in my life i never purchase from raymond.

I purchased the fabric worth of rs.5603/- on 24.02.2018 (5 shirts) and rs.2898/- on 10.03.2018 (3 shirts) and also i placed order for stitching the same.
After its first wash fabric shrinked to 1 to 2 inches
Kindly request you to exchange the fabric
Otherwise i have no other alternate but go to court.

With reference to the subject mentioned above, the matter was mailed to the consumer care cell of Raymonds along with pics. After sending mail and telephonic talk, no replacement was done as assured by the company. the product was brought on 4.12.2016. Complaint was lodged on 26.2.2017.
Please take up the matter with the company and do the needful.

On[protected] I visited your PITAMPURA DELHI branch to exchange my old trousers against the free stitching but they refused to take the old trousers simply on the plea that bottoms of the trousers were torn. I may inform that accept that portion the rest of the trousers are in good shape . I don't understand why the word old trousers is mentioned. Please look into the matter and act accordingly.

Dear Sr/Madam. I have 2 gift Vouchers/cheques of RS 2000/- ( 1000/- each - The Raymond Shop ). When shopped in Raymond from LB Nagar branch, Hyderabad, the finance person deducted 247/- ( 12.26% ) from my voucher and charged extra without proof. Please look into this issue seriously. I had real bad conversation with Raymond's Showroom financier Please take this as serious issue and refund my money charged extra by the Raymond showroom owner of LB Nagar branch. I am Rakesh Shukla and my address is House no-81,Siddharthanagar Colony,Taramandal Road,gorakhpur(UP),India. On 15/1/2012 I purchased a sweater Code No-9B201842 from The Raymonds Shop ,Gorakhpur (Golghar)vide Bil No-604 at cost of Rs 1467/-.
After wearing it for a couple of days on 18/01/2012 I noticed the sweater is defective (resha-in Hindi) has cropped all over the sweater. I immediately complained this to the manager at Raymonds Shop,Gorakhpur but he declared that he could do nothing as he could not arrange an exchange.
I am highly dissatisfied . I request The Raymonds management to intervene and get me an exchange or money back

I had purchased suiting cloth from Raymonds outlet at Inorbit Mall Vashi vide invoice No. CM11/1715 dated 25th June 2011 and got it stiched at the same Raymonds outlet vide invoice No. CT11/324 dated 10 July 2011.
I was shocked when I wore the trouser for the first time after it was received from the shop. I couldnt believe that a Raymonds outlet could stitch trouser having pockets of different size!! The right side pocket is ONE INCH SMALLER than the left side pocket.

More alarming is that an email sent by me on this subject has not evicted a response till date from Raymonds.

one month before my parents purchased this raymond suit for gift purpose for my husband on marriage ceremony and received the material in sealed condition in gift pack.but few days later my husband wanted to exchange the same as he was already having that color.we reached the vendor shop and he asked to visit next time as it was evening and closing time for him,then we managed to visit the shop on next few days and we handed over him the material but again he accepted the suit and asked us to visit next time as it was sunday and his online system is down but he kept that material with him only.,then after 3 days when we again visited the shop he refused to exchange saying that 1.25 meter was cutted from the whole suit.we tried to convince him alot tht we had kept it thr for 4 days so we dont know whether they have done it or whether it was company fault....it was soo embarrassing to face such allegation tht we have altered the material when the truth is that we have nt even touched the material....we purchased the suit for gift purpose and accepted the material without checking it as raymond is brand name and we do trust brand but now after this incidence my faith on raymond is shattered .when nothing was in my hand i simply kept tht suit with him and my money is also lying with him but he never turned back with feedback ...this is really cheating with customers may be by that local shopkeeper or may b by your company.i myself is working in private sector whr we serve people but believe me we dnt cheat our customers like this.writing to you becoz i expect proper investigation will be done and the cheater will b punished.looking forward for the positive and prompt response from your side....regards kouser.[protected].for your reference my bill invoice no. is cm11/1456 S .Shafco residency road srinagar

I'm Kawaljeet Singh, recently i have purchased a suit from Raymond and given the suit for stitching to the Raymond shop Faridabad, Opp. Municipal Auditorium B.K. Chowk, Ph:4030379. my receipt number is 2108. the name of the tailor is Mr. khan. according to the receipt the trial date of the suit was 12th Dec-09 and the delivery date was 14th Dec-09. i had called on 12th Dec-09 for the confirmation of the trail, but they told me that your suit yet not received from the workshop and also they told that your suit will delivered on time and will confirm you via phone, when your suit will received from the workshop. but still I'm waiting for the call from the shop. today is 15th Dec-09, but have not received any call for the trail of the suit. they are not professionals and really frustrated for me to track the status of the suit. I'm really not satisfied with the services that Raymond provided. I have open this post for helping the people who want delivery on time and like the professionalism.
