I'm premium user of razorhost the site is down cpanel is also not working
I'm a premium user of razorhost and my 2 main sites are now down and I can't even log in to my cpanel no one is answering me

LOUSIEST HOSTING I have experienced in a life time !
SITE IS DOWN FREQUENTLY AND NOBODY BOTHERS TO RESPOND !!! My site landshoppe.com is NOT WORKING for days together now and NOBODY RESPONDS to TICKETS !!!
No Contact number works !
Even if you raise a ticket they the RUDEST CUSTOMER CARE Fellows giving one word rude negative answers ! Absolutely faltu !!
Not even basic functionalities...
