I made a payment for amount Rs 10, 000 via amazon pay. The payment shows paid to [protected]@mairtel but amount not credited to the merchant.

I was adding money to my 'supr daily' wallet for an order, i did that with paytm app and the upi address where the money was to be sent was showing [protected]@mairtel and then it automatically came back to supr app. it was showing waiting for payment confirmation for a long time. i contacted the app's customer care service and when i ended the call it showed the payment took a long time and something like that and RETRY and the money wasn't sent their.
