I ordered "WINTER SALE: SET OF 2 Unisex Fleece Jogging Bottoms".
It is totally different which they have displayed in the website.

I think he is totally fraud, I see there are numerous complaint against this company. Please take some legal step.

This is a totally fake site. I ordered blue tweed blazer from their website glamclothing.in and got another coat which is so bad and does not even resemble the one I ordered. They say to dispatch at their address if want to return but we don't get money back. I ordered coat for 2000 rupees and now they are not returning my money. I would like the consumer forum to look into this matter and help get people their hard earned money back.

So I bought this product from them and what I received was a duffle bag without wheels attached. The amount that I paid was 2900 INR for the wrong product. Please return or exchange with the right product.

This [protected]@gmail.com is fake and their clothing brand is glam clothing they sell beauty and clothing products on different websites .I got scammed as i ordered one blazer of worth 1999/- rupees .The product which i received is totally different and of very cheap quality it was smelling a lot and i raised the complaint on their mail id but did not receive any reply and there is no contact info on the website .It is fake and plsease others do not buy from this site .

I have ordered a blue tweed blazer from the website beautycure.in. The product I've received is not the one I've ordered also I am trying to reach out to them over below emails to return the product

A bag was ordered but a damaged piece was delivered
Also it’s not the same product which was ordered.
The description on the cover itself says a bag with wheels but there are no wheels

I bought a convertible duffle bag from R.B.Traders
Shop number 113Rohini, Delhi 110085, India.

Product showing on the website is different and what is sent to me is fake, duplicate and rubbish product and they don't have any contact number and refund policy mentioned nor given any bill with the shipment.

Government must take action against these fake online cheater companies.

I have ordered brown coloured convertible duffle bag but today what I have got by paying as a sum of amount of Rs.2900 is rubbish garbage bag, black in colour which is absolutely cheap and low quality and not even anywhere close to the product which these guys are marketing in their ads so these guys are absolutely fake & scammers

Delivered wrong bag, color changed

I had ordered a White Tweed Blazer Medium size of INR 1, 999 vide Order Number BB9408 on 9th December 2023, but the company (BEAUTY CURE) delivered a grey Large Overcoat on 15th December 2023, through Cash on Delivery option.
There is no contact number on their website www.beautycure.in and no response to my complaint emails from [protected]@gmail.com.
This clearly looks like fraud and I would like the seller to refund my money. Requesting the authority to assist and take some action against them, so that they don't fraud with anyone else.

I want to return my order as it's not my size and the product which I have received is black colour blazer and not white tweed blazer...please return it and refund my money.

Product supplied by the vendor is not the same as ordered.

On November 11, 2023, I made on-line purchase of "The Convertible Duffle Garment Luggage w/Wheels (48L) bag" from BEAUTYCURE for Rs. 2, 900/-. I opted for "Cash-on-Delivery" option for this purchase. Please see the attached photo of the product I purchased.

The Seller (BEAUTYCURE) confirmed my above on-line purchase vide its mail sent with reference no. "ORDER BB2144".

On November 24, 2023, I received the delivery of the product (photo attached). As can be seen, the product received is not the product I bought on-line.However, there is no response from the seller.

Considering that I received product which is totally different from the product I bought on-line, the Seller should send me the product which I bought and his confirmed about the same or he should refund the money (Rs. 2, 900/-) which I paid on November 24, 2023

Hence I sent an email dated October 15, 2023 to ""[protected]@gmail.com" (the email address provided by the seller on its website. However, there is no response from the seller.
