RBL BANK Credit card scam
Various ways of scam without OTP and cvc no intimation given complaint in various platforms cyber claim rbi everything but still the amount debited and lethargic reply that it has been made by us.
Please help in takiñ steps against bank and also resolve the issue.

I am Ansuman Taria and have an RBL Super card. Without my knowledge R Shield insurance policy which is 21000, has been added to it and the amount has been converted to EMI and 1999 charged by bank for membership fee. I would not submit any form or document to apply for this insurance policy. Please cancel this insurance and membership.

I hold credit cards of several banks, and one bajaj finserv rbl card was given to me by one of its telecaller team after explaining the benefits. This december i was charged rs 999+taxes as membership fee i was not told about nor intimated.
I called and requested rbl bank to reverse the charge or cancel my card, which they said they’d do after i clear my minor purchases payment, and i did so (Rs 95+473.29). However now they refuse to reverse the membership fee unless my purchases exceed 50-60000 a year.
I want to lodge a complaint against rbl bajaj finserv card for the same and notify them about the issue faced by me.
