I have a rci membership (Id :[protected]. I called them for a resort booking in north goa from 23rd december, 2017 for 1 weak. 1st the telecaller told me that at that time there is no property which is giving rooms to rci because it is a pick up time. Next one of my friend said at that on same date he booked a rci property at same place. I called them again with that information then they told me that they had some rooms but they are now...

We were cheated by this company and the RCI and have hence filed a complaint (complaint No. 579/2009) in the Consumer Courts, Sheikh Serai. The case is sub-judice.The summary of my complaints is below:

Settlement Issue
Dear sir/madam,
with due respect i request
you to release my account my salary amount is on hold. i personally several time visited to the card payment department and requested them to settle. in the month of aug-09 my account was settled for 15000/- but settlement letter was not given to me. now i am suffering ...since august i have Rs 6200/- [approx] but for no use.
can anyone help me in this regard...
