I booked my request for an HSRP number plate for my car on 2nd June 2025, with installation scheduled for 9th July 2025. On visiting the dealer that day, I was informed that the number plate had not been received.

I personally visited the dealer three consecutive days to check, but there was still no sign of the number plate. I then raised my first complaint on 12th July 2025. Since then, I have repeatedly contacted Real Mazon representatives and even raised a second complaint on 4th August 2025.

Every time I call, your customer care executives give the same false assurance: “Your complaint will be resolved this week.” Weeks have passed, and absolutely nothing has been done. No action plan, no communication, no resolution – just endless delay tactics.

This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and reeks of deliberate negligence. The lack of transparency and accountability suggests this may not just be poor service, but a possible fraud against customers.

If this matter is not resolved immediately with a clear and firm deadline, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue to:

The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH)

Consumer Protection Authority

Social media and public forums to warn other customers

I demand a written update with the exact delivery and installation date for my number plate within 48 hours.

Enough is enough – resolve this now.

I have requested for High security number plate on sep and received today for installation but sorry to inform you provided number plate is not displaying properly
Few numbers are errased for which I can be penalized by traffic police.

Of my bike reg. No OR04P1944, PAYMENT Amount ₹346.92, but yet I don't have any receipt, or order no, I also mail for this problem but not any satisfy answer .
