I had bought real me 43 Inch tv on 19 October 2020 it worked fine for more than 11 months but on 12 September 2021 the screen started flickering and I launched a complaint with customer service repair of the tv I had also purchased extended warranty from Jeeves insurance company for my tv at the time of purchase but the tv stopped working even before the company warranty of 1 year was expired.
After I launched the complaint an engineer visited my house and inspected the tv after that he estimated 15-20 days of wait for the repair because the panel needed to be changed . The complaint was launched on 13 September 2021 but still to date i.e 8 November 2021 more almost 2 months whenever I contact the customer service they have same answer that your complaint is on priority will shortly send a replacement. But from past 10 days I'm even unable to connect with the customer service the call is not connected at all . This is pathetic these companies have no fear of any legal actions against them . When I contacted the engineer he said there are more than 900 complaints regarding real me 43 Inch tv, he said there are more than 300 complaints before my complaint which are not yet solved so mine would take more time . This means the company is not even bothered about these customers.

Purchased a realme TV 43inch on 30/06/2020. which have 2 year panel warranty.. after 6month of purchase its panel shown lines and got complient.. and after two month they replaced panel.. with in 4 month it also got complient.. so i called them and asked my money back but they didnt pay me .. but they replaced the tv.. after 3 months it again have the same problem.. and now i asked them money they do not giving me a valid answer. they constantly cheated me with cheap product.. and the tv they send me last time was an refurbished / old product..

I have order a real me tv 32 inch Hd, and it was delivered to me and no technician came during the delivery and i have ask the delivery guy that who will come for installation and he said he don't know, so i unbox the box to check it and the display was crack and now they are saying that it cannot be covered under warranty as i have open it ...they should atleast told us or write in box cover that should be open by technician only...now who is at the lost.. please help

Automatically got off in my pocket. When i contact customer care services they said it is physically damaged (Ic damage), but there is no inside or out side cracked, scratch & back plate pressed then how can it possible ic damaged
I request to repair my mobile in under warranty & not to disclose my warranty
