I had ordered a realme 12x 8+128 gb version on[protected] but got cancelled by[protected] and i paid online, now realme.Com is not giving my refund back and are making excuses.

I have purchased Realme Narzo N53, while I was using this mobile I started observing mobile bend and I went to service centre in machilipatnam they declared it was having mobile bend. But I said it's a poor quality of product was given, so only bend happens. I will be keeping ticket no from service centre also. I need good quality mobile and the customer care executives was telling it was good product, I said I will go legally, you can go where ever you want.

The full payment of Rs 9499 was done by me on 9th jan19. however till date the item is neither shipped nor delivered.

The order details are as follows:

I have contacted customer care and emailed also but still no joy

I have also written a mail to realme however on 12 Jan they replied that it will be delivered soon. however the delivery has yet not happened (after 11 days). The mail response from realme is attached alongwith for your reference
