On 7th October 2023 I placed an order for realme Buds Air 5 Pro TWS through realme app, Rs 4699 has been deducted from my bank account and my order is showing as cancelled.
My full deduction rupees should be refunded to me as soon as possible

Regarding dealy service (care)
No repair from your realme mobile care since 7 day . I have submitted the realme GT master model due to phone dead . Warrenty period also exists. Mobile purchased month ago
