Realme Service Complaints & Reviews

I have raised a complaint on 16th August 2021, at the time they told within 10 to 12 days issue will be resolved like that however morethan 20 days completed still issue not resolved, I was so frustrated and disappointed on realme service.

I have purchase in realme C2 mobile Handset last week online booking, but mobile handset charge Socket not working. So Resolve issue and then Replacement Mobile Handset Realme C2.
my concern person visit again Near Service Center at Samastipur in Bihar State.
So not Properly Service team Support & Guidance for Mobile Handset not Accepted Service Department .

I hope Support Service team & My Request Accept.
