She called I have a mental Issues and all.

When I asked about my order and money back she ...blocked me from everywhere...

This company called Reasonable Closet run by Anchal Rungta is a Fraud company and she cheats people by sending wrong and defective products and then refuse to exchange or return them.
I have all the necessary proofs of payment and cheating. She should be harshly punished for duping so many people.

I ordered a Chikankari kurta red on red (means red kurta and work done by red thread only) on 25th May. After multiple follow ups, they sent the tracking details on 7th June. Then I received the kurta on 12th June.. as they have instructed to make a video while opening the package, I did it. And then disappointment started.. the red kurta was stitched with white thread (both sides) very badly without interlocking (it's a georgette fabric).. I clicked the pics and sent it to them on whatsapp for exchange as it was a defective product.. first they didn't respond for sometime, then said send details on Instagram dm.. once again I sent all details and pics on Instagram.. then also no proper response.. just a monosyllabic answer yes.. wait... this went on for two days.. then on 14th June, they said on Instagram dm that ping on whatsapp.. I did that too and after that.. I got the response that this will not change as it's not a defective piece.. then after no response from them even though they are reading all the messages.. this is so rude and a lesson which I have learnt for a lifetime... To never buy from such cheap Instagram page.

Hii sir i ordered a kurthi from this instagram page the reasonable closet.It was in november.It was a prepaid order through googlepay.They delivered the product only in feb last week after my back to back enquiries only.The delivered product was very cheap and of wrong size .when i enquired about it they blocked my contact and stopped replying.Now i lost my money.Please take action against this page orelse they will keep on cheating people.I am not only the first person there are many more such complaints registered regarding this site in this same page

The Bio of (Un)Reasonable Closet on Instagram reads " We deliver experience, one stop destination" . Well, they sure did deliver an experience all right- a highly unpleasant one.

They sent the wrong size. I asked for a replacement. No response. And when they did they coached me to be more patient and basically how to improve myself. They sent me frustrated voice messages for gods sake!

Such immature and unpolished owner. Save yourselves the time, money and energy- don't jump into their uncouth closet.

It was highly unpleasant and down right disgusting doing business with them.

I like some products from here. While talking they are not ready to communicate properly. The way they talked to customer i feel they are giving me as free. Very rude talk don't know how to communicate.. Keep on telling u that they are busy don't ask so many questions. I can't purchase from this type of place where i found there is no value for customer.
I feel "get well soon". Change ur attitude towards customers. Still people like your product people will not buy from your place because of behavior.
