with the above subject i have recharged my mobile for 200 rupees but it is not been credited yet.. i did through Karnataka bank internet banking please make the refund !!

I have recharged a number [protected] through my wallet at rupees 17/and same amount was deducted from my wallet but the amount was not received by the number I recharged. I requested that my account should be refunded and also in future such problems should not be occurs as we feel insecure to shop or order any thing .thanks...
