This is Jhelam Shinde. I am a student who wants to be a pilot. I had paid 2 lacs rupees to a flying school on the basis of wrong information given by their employee. After which I had called the flying school again asking to return me the money as I had paid in the basis of wrong information. They refused to return me. I had send them several messages and mails and all called but I didn’t get any reply

Hello I am Jhelam Shinde. I am from Mumbai. I am studying for pilot where I have to clear few papers to be a pilot.
I had recently join a flying school to do my flying hours. I contacted the number which was on website of red bird flying school to get details. The person that I spoke to is Mr Vibash. When I asked him what all subjects do I need to clear. He said I do not need to clear papers. I can do the flying hours without any papers.
After few days. I spoke to and Abhilasha and she asked me what subjects did I clear. I told her that I have cleared only two subjects and two are still left. She said I need to have atleast some knowledge about the other two left subjects. I told her that when I spoke to Mr Vibash. J wasn’t told like this. Where in she said that Vibash do not have authority to give such information and he gave me the wrong information

I told her that why to even put someone’s number on your website who gives wrong information

I had also send message to and Abhilasha but she didn’t reply. I even send a mail to the flying school and I didn’t get any reply

Please help me to get the two lacs rupees. I am not getting it
