I have purchased portable ARC Beat the Summer air conditioner By Red Creat [protected]@ 1900/- continuously calling to customer care no [protected] Deva deal not lifting continuously busy no response
But it is not affected No Cooling I want return pl take back Iwant refund my money

The product was sent defective
And is no wheee close to as advertised
The site doesn’t let you call them neither do they respond to any emails
There’s is no other way to contact them too

While the site advertises it to be as hassle free return

Govt should not even let this site exist in the first place.
Please help me
and there is no other way to contact them...
