I was a proud owner of your product (LG refrigerator) ; model No- GR312M Chasis No[protected] which we purchased on 5/7/1997. I would like to mention that previously I had privilege of having an Indian brand “Godrej” for 25 years without any hassle or trouble. I purchase LG brand considering its brand image, size of our family and status in the society.

recently the refrigerator got serviced with the same defect. The peace of
mind gone even after taking the peace of plan GA.

AS CLAIMED BY COMPANY, ITS COOLING IS NOT PROPER DUE TO WHICH VEGETABLES/FRUITS/OTHER ITEMS KEPT INSIDE GET SPOILED EVER SINCE PURCHASE.WE HAVE MADE COMLAINTS 3-4 TIMES REGARDING IMPROPER COOLING & SPOILAGE OF ITEM/MATERIALS KEPT INSIDE THE FRIDGE.
