“so called the dead body ”
I was a proud owner of your product (LG refrigerator) ; model No- GR312M Chasis No[protected] which we purchased on 5/7/1997. I would like to mention that previously I had privilege of having an Indian brand “Godrej” for 25 years without any hassle or trouble. I purchase LG brand considering its brand image, size of our family and status in the society.
But I am writing you after this horrible experience of the product and its service facilities available in National Capital Territory Region in India. We in north region of India were going through brutal heating conditions during recent past as mercury was showing 44+ degree centigrade, in addition to that longer power cuts which actually would have caused us to feel that our so called LG refrigerator is little less effective these days.
We called at your Delhi call center no[protected] on 29th June at 5:14 PM and reported Refrigerator less effective complaint registration no- N9C62915307, call receiver informed that reported concern will be resolved in 24 hrs which they failed and again another complaint was reported on 30th June at 4:20 PM at same number. Later after another reminder one Service Engineer visited and after a routine 5 minutes inspection suggested some minor defect like leakage of gas from somewhere and informed that suggested defect would be corrected within 24 hrs.
Again on 1st July we called at same number at 5:17 PM and explained about previous happening in this regard, the call receiver provided another no of Ghaziabad’s LG service network- M/s Fare deal Service center Ph No- [protected], [protected]. - When called on these numbers it was assured again that some Engineer will surely be visiting in late hours same day. Further on 3rd July Service Engineer (Ph no- [protected]) visited at 9:30 AM and completed repairs by 10:00 AM and charged very small amount INR- 1025 only and left.
Later in the afternoon we observed that refrigerator was not at all cooling and was barely seemed an almirah. We again tried to contact at Engineers’ mobile no but it was not responding which later on was kept switch of for whole day.
Today morning I again tried at Engineers no. which thankfully was responding this time and I informed about the present condition of refrigerator on which I was informed that he has nothing to do with it now as he left the job and suggested to inform the same to his agency also.
Finally we again reported another complaint regarding the condition of “so called the death body” with another complaint no- N9C70400247.
Sir, I am really shattered to learn such experience which I never-ever had in my 60 yrs life, I am forced to beg for cold drinking water or ice cubes from my neighbors in such conditions and surprised about the poor product performance and available service standards LG electronics.
I was wrong in selecting LG brand for my requirement and belief that I would never ever purchase any product of this brand- which by default will be communicated to my children’s and grand children’s also.

ice not forming,defrost button too hard to push
recently the refrigerator got serviced with the same defect. The peace of
mind gone even after taking the peace of plan GA.

IMPROPER COOLING
WE BOUGHT LG REFRIGERATOR MODEL GL-325TMG4/2008, TYPE FROST FREEON DTD.[protected] VIDE INVOICE NO.2347 FROM M/S SATLUJ ENTERPRISES, SECTOR -35, CHANDIGARH. AS CLAIMED BY COMPANY, ITS COOLING IS NOT PROPER DUE TO WHICH VEGETABLES/FRUITS/OTHER ITEMS KEPT INSIDE GET SPOILED EVER SINCE PURCHASE.WE HAVE MADE COMLAINTS 3-4 TIMES REGARDING IMPROPER COOLING & SPOILAGE OF ITEM/MATERIALS KEPT INSIDE THE FRIDGE. THEREFORE IT IS REQUESTED TO REPLACE THE REFRIGERATOR WITH NEW ONE.

outer part of the refrigerator getting warm

Dear Sirs,
Re.: Faulty Refrigerator Model :RT34GVSS1/XTL
This is with reference to the above model Refrigerator (Sr.No.02444ZALA00114W) purchased by me on[protected] from your dealer named Chandole Electronics, Mauli Prasad, Kelkar Road, Dombivli (East) – 421 201. I am forwarding herewith delivery Challan of the said dealer.
Recently, we have noticed that, the products stored inn the lower part of the Refrigerator i.e. milk, vegetables etc started becoming ice and vegetables stored are spoiled. Apart from this both the outer part of the body of the Refrigerator becoming so heat that it is not possible to touch also.
In view of the above, we have registered a complaint on[protected] with your customer care service i.e. called on your telephone no.[protected]. The said Complaint was noted by your customer care service centre and allotted a Complaint Registration no.[protected]. The said number is confirmed by you by sending an SMS on my mobile no. [protected].
Thereafter on[protected] one of your Service Engineer from your Authorised Service Centre Omkar Services, Annapurna Bldg., Shop no. 3 & 4, Syndicate, Murbad Road, Kalyan (W) – 421 301 visited our residence and checked the Refrigerator and again he came on[protected] with some components i.e. Tharmo start and claiming that he has replaced the said part. He has charged a service charges of Rs.330/- and the component price of Rs.550/- totaling Rs.880/- and issued a cash receipt. I am forwarding the copy of the said receipt. It is surprised that, he has not returned the old part inspite of our request. He informed us that, he has to deposit the defective part with the Company.
Even after the repair, the same problem persist and I again complained, wherein we have requested your customer care executive to send some senior engineer. Again on 17th or 18th one more service engineer visited our residence and checked the Refrigerator and done some thing. But that engineer too could not repair the Refrigerator. In these process, we have been complaining almost daily with your Customer Care Centre. Then on 22nd or 23rd one more service engineer came to our house and claiming that checked thoroughly and stated that, he has solved the problem and in case in any problem asked us to contact their Service Centre.
We are surprised that always your service engineer prepares report and obtain a signature from my mother and she is not in a position to understand what is written in that. We both o[censored]s i.e. myself and my wife are in service and only my mother is available in our house. None of your service engineer had given the copy of their report. In this absence of the report we are unable to know what repair, they have carried out during these days.
Even after visit of your service engineer so may times, they could not solve the problem. The same old problem still continuing that is the Refrigerator continuously heating outer part of the Refrigerator and in the lower part the stored products are becoming ice.
It is very surprised to note that, even after having contact numbers with your customer care department none of the executive are contacted us whether the Refrigerator repaired or note only some time, I have received some SMS from them.
In the mean time on 20th or 21st, your customer care service centre informed me that, I have to pay again Service Charges which is really surprising. Since, I have already paid the service charges, why I have to pay again. Your Customer Care Service Centre interested in collecting service charges not interested in repairing my Refrigerator.
Further, it is very strange that, without confirming I have received a message from your customer care department stating that “your call has been cancelled as Repair Cost has not been approved by you, for further assistance, please contact”. This means that, without carrying any repair each and every time whether, we have to pay the service charges to you.
Since, we have already paid service charges for one particular repair and the same has not been repaired, I am not supposed to pay one more time service charges for the same repair.
I once again request you that kindly repair the Refrigerator immediately.
Kindly do the needful.

my refrigirator mite be damaged
I have bot kelvinator refrigirator model.no-KD186L on[protected] at sri raja agencies, kakinada, Eg.DT, AP.
in the month of august 20 i found that my fridge was not functioning so i made a complint to the shop woner, after several complaints he send a technition on 29th august, he examined the fridge and found that some oil entered into the compresser and blocking the gas. It is pity to complint this matter to u, within 3months u r product got damaged so i request u that make a replacement to my refrigirator at an earlydate.
