I we have made a recharge for thru mobikwik for 1245 Rs on 20/09/2021 but recharge was done to incorrect id# which we do not use and the sundirect person whom changed our SMC number did not inform us please issue a refund for the full amount $ 1245 Rs recharge was done to[protected] R by mistake so please issue a refund as soon as possible...

I have 2 accounts out which one was closed as the service provider could not set up internet connection at my place. So asked us to cancel and we do not need to pay anything. That account was closed, but got emails regarding payment reminder.
As there were 2 accounts, I accidentally paid the bill to the one...

The ticket is automatically cancelled to lockdown purpose yet the refund is not credited to my account
Please check and help me on the same.
Please note i have checked from my end.
Found that the payment has been refunded to zaakpay.
But it hasn't been credited to my account from zaakpay.
