    Very urgent issue.

    We did flight bookings for Mumbai to Mauritius and return via Goibibo in Jul 2020. However due to covid we were unable to fly and Air mauritius/Goibibo has provided us credit voucher that we can use for future travels.
    I have contacted Air Mauritius for next travel however I got to know that, the status of voucher has already changed by Goibibo to refunded. We have not received any kind of refund or communication from your side.
    Kindly resolve this

        I placed an order of Rs.1468 on 15th August. I have been waiting for the refund since then. Asked them to provide the status and they mentioned that you need to contact your bank. The bank says they don't have any such information.

        This is really unexpected of such a huge e-commerce firm. This should be your first focus of resolution, but instead no solution is given and there is no contact number even, to address the issue. Kindly refund the amount asap

          I had a booked a ticket on red bus on 14th june from hyderabad to bangalore (Ticket no tm7c[protected] for my husband. Details are:

          However, i cancelled the same almost within 2 hours. But i have not yet received the refund into my bank account.

          There is no response on the matter when i wrote an email to the help desk and the customer care insists that refund has been processed

          Please can you take up the issue and please process my refund

            I had cancelled my Order ID:[protected] for lemall super tv on 19th October via email sent to support and plus cancellation done on website. Every time i call the customer care they promise i will get the refund by end of week. Its 2nd December 2016 today and I am yet to receive my refund. I regret ordering the product and surprised to know that they take 21st working days for refund. It’s been more than 40 working days now and still no refund. Value of order Rs 59, 790

              I am the customer who book a flat in bhiwandi project well knwon by mahavir patwa develeoper and then after one year i have been following throw my agent naresh chotmuradh from elphinstone branch.
              I had Submitted all my originonal document to him but he is just promising me that he will surely processing but last six month he is just making fake promise.

              So who ever is concern about these please kind look in to thus matter ASAP.

                मैं ने irctc से 18-3-17 का टिकट बुक किया था, किन्ही कारणों से टिकट कैंन्सील किया नही जाने का irctc ने मेरे टिकट को कैन्सील करके मेरा रूपये किया refund लेकिन वो रूपये मेरे पास ना आकर PAYTMAG में भेज दिया । अत: निवेदन है कि मेरा रूपया मुझे वापस मेरे account मिले ।
