I bought premium shoes from regal shoes Central Mall in Seawood, Navi Mumbai worth rupees 2400/- and after using those shoes for 15 days their strips pasting was out then I had exchange them for first time by adding more 1000 and took it for 3400/- and the new one also found to be similar one causing show bite, I exchange for the second time, but unfortunately was able to use third pair only for a week and have to submit it for repair. I have visited the shop trice to get repaired but every time they don’t have answer and give me another date.

I bought premium shoes from regal shoes westend mall worth rupees 5490/- and after using those shoes for 2 hours their pasting was out and regal shoes owner nad slawsman denied to change or repair.

When i am going to buy shoes salesman give us best treatment and after purchasing even language of owner and salesman was changed.
Request you to dont buy from regal shoes.

I had a very disappointing experience at your bandra store on 10/12/21. I had shortlisted 2 pairs of shoes and was about to make a decision about which one I was buying. I noticed some crease in the material of the shoe, i brought it to the notice of sales person Asif. I asked him of it was a defect and I was told that there was no defect. And he smoothened the crease and said it would be ok there was no defect.

I wore the shoes on 3 occasions and in less than 20 days of buying the shoes I was shocked to see that there were a lot of creases in the material. I went back to the store and spoke to your store manager AK and anither senior manager IQ and explained what had happened.

At that time they told me that the material used in this particular pair of shoes always gets creases. (This was not told to me at the time of the purchase when. I pointed out 1 small crease) I asked him why I wasn't told about the creases at the tome of the purchase. Had I known about this issue I would have picked up another pair of shoes in another material. ( I have bought several shoes in different materials that don't crease on wearing and last for several years)

The manager changed the story and said that this material creases sometimes and sometimes it doesn't. When I expressed my displeasure..he told me that he would send it to the factory and get it done but he couldn't promise me that creases won't reappear. And that this process would tale a long time.
My bone of contention is
1- no one told me that this material tends tj crease. Had I known I would not have selected that pair.
2- if this material creases all the time...what is the use of getting it redone in the factory especially when the process takes 20-30 days.
3- I expected a prompt refund or exchange as this is clearly the mistake of regal shoes sales person for not informing about the material ESPECIALLY when I pointed out the crease.

4-I felt insulted by manager IQ when I reasoned with him and told him that a 20-30 day wait for the shoe was not a good option especially when they cannot guarantee that the creases wouldn't come back. KINDLY NOTE WHAT HE TOLD ME THAT TIME...HE TOLD ME ..." mam uou must be having other shoes to wear in the meantime. " At that tome I was absolutely disgusted and left the store.

I request you to be fair to your customer... this behavior is absolutely not acceptable when you go to a store like Regal shoes. I refuse to enter any regal shoes store again.
I do hope you look into this matter and get this resolved.

I bought new shoes in Sep. 2021 from Regal outlet, pune. But it got tored in 45 days. Please give me replacement

We came inside the shop and kept our helmet aside and started checking for shoes. When we completed our shopping then we saw that our helmet was missing from inside the shop. When asked the employee he told that he does not take any responsibility. We saw the CCTV Camera and asked for the footage for which they told that the Camera is not working from two whole months. We talked to the manager and he started blaming everything to the company and us. He told that i am just an employee if you have any problem file a complaint against the company.

I had given my pair of shoes for pasting complaint and its been like nearly three months and now they are giving some improper reasons. Actually the biggest headache is not the time delay but their inappropriate response. I had almost visited the shop for a couple of times, but yet am not receiving the proper information. I have given an order to repair my old shoe in regal store inorbit. It’s been a month and they still don’t have it. I have been there twice asking for my sandals but they say they don’t have it and always tell me to wait another week. I want somebody to look into the matter because it’s very pathetic and unprofessional that i have to deal with it. I feel nobody in the store has any idea about my order also it’s more irritating because i was not my idea to give my old shoe to repair and retouch but i was told and suggested by one of the sales person over there.

I had bought a sandal worth rs. 2190/- and it was have very slippery base. I went there to return it because after wearing it i had faced several situations of falling down badly. The took the product and they said that they will repair and return to be but after a month of follow up they informed me that it can't be fixed. I asked them to refund me the amount they said i can buy any product for that much of worth but i did not like a single product and it can't be forced to me to buy a product even if i don't like because i have got stuck with your brand.

Now, its been 5 months and i am still doing the follow up with them. They are not even ready to give me credit note of that much for future reference.

Very bad service i have came across.

Never never buy any product from regal shoes. They behave very politely when you buy any produce but once you buy the the product, they behave like you are a beggar. If you go for any exchange, they will make you wait without any reason. Plus sometimes they did not pick up your calls when they come to know that you are asking for exchange.

Very rude staff, when it comes to their fault. My humble request to all shoe buyers that there are so many excellent options available in market far better that regal. Please go for that. They are dishonest, not loyal. They don't care about your respect. So please stay away from them.

Purchase sandal from regal showroom from seasons mall magarpatta city pune, maharashtra, within 15 days it started tearing, it looks that shoes are sold to me saying pure leather but it is not leather, so i feel decived by the regal out let, i visited to complain same to the outlet but they responded me very bad behaviour and denied warranty and service. I am very disappointed to purchase challpals of regal, i had purchased two sets (One ladies chappla and one men sandal).
I am rgular customer of woodland but this time thought of trying regal brand but very diappointed.
I want replacement of my pooor quality sandals and not repair because in 15 dyas only this prolem arised.

I bought a pair of shoes for wife from seasons mall, pune.
While purchasing i had told the shopkeeper that it was for my wife & the shopkeeper told me it would be exchanged even if it does not fit to my wife's leg but after 4 days they refused to provide me extra size from 7 to 8 & their behaviors is also rude with me. The shopkeeper who attended me he lied on my face & started speaking rudely.

They did not feel shame & one of the shopkeepers behavior was extremely rude in front of other female customers.
When other female costumers saw the situation in the shopee they left the shopee with no purchase.

I have informed my friend circle not to purchase anything from this ghtiya regal shopee anymore in india.

I have purchased one pair of footwear from regal shoes. While purchasing they said it's sole is sweat absorber... But it's false and nothing happens... No sweat is absorbed... And now they are saying that nothing can be done... They are neither ready to give replacement of that and nor they are ready to listen the problem of customer... Even they are not able to give actual time uptill when the problem can be resolved...

This is for your benefits that i am writing this complaint about regal shoes which is located in seawoods navi mumbai.
It has been just a month and the shoe has become weared out.
It is even worse than the local brand shoes which at least work satisfactorily for minimum of 6-8 months but these worst quality shoes i had never encountered.
It will be highly recommended that you please don't even visit this shop ever in life.
And the salespeople at that shop didn't even bother to replace the shoes since it was under warranty. They claim that we can repair for shoe stitching. But after looking at the wearing of the shoes in just a month you can easily make it out, how worse the quality would be. Don't just go by its look, since the initial look can fall you buying that shoe.

The material of the footware tore at the edges after wearing once. Also i bought it of the rocia brand. Is it really owned by regal as told to me by the shop?
I want to get a refund for this. I bought it trusting regal brand but very poor experience. I am less likely to buy it next time from regal now. Please provide a replacement. I have spent a lot on it.

Shoes were torn after wearing for first time and when I went to there shop they said they can't replace a piece, they can just repair it..after yelling at them, they said they will try for new pair that is not so sure just to calm me. I know what they are going to do.
I wore it just for one time since now 10 days are gone they need more time.
Pathetic customer service, better they should return my money.

Writing this mail to let u people know how uncomfortable and humiliating my wife felt when she just visited inc.5 outlet at ghatkopar just before 45 minutes they are using so cheap and abusive language that at a moment she felt to leave shop but she was needed that pair so urgently so she bought .One of the staff mr sharukh he firstly attended my wife and they were passing a comment that " ragi pe suit nai hoga phir bhi le rahi he " then he told " banta kya bolta he tu lele isko " and other cheap languages which she felt so ashamed and humiliating then she cried on phone and i told to do a police complaint but she was in hurry as she wanted to go to marriage function and she dont wanted to spoil mood but how u people select staff i really dont understand being in such a prime location u people choose so cheap staff i need a apologize from ghatkopar rcity branch and secondly we will never buy from u people ever in our life .. Worst experience we had

I'm highly disappointed with your product, purchased from inorbit vashi, regal showroom for rs1800/-. The worst part is my bag did not last for three months . I went to shop for replacement, but after keeping it for one month, they refuse to replace.
Please stop cheating consumers because o[censored]s you are in the market.

I bought a pair of sandals of aerosole from Regal shop in Bandra. I was unable to walk in them coz they hurt my fingers. This means the leather quality was not good. Since I was not in Mumbai I called n told them the problem n the reply was" there is solution for everything madam, AEROSOLE does not take any responsibility. SO MUCH MONEY YOU SPEND AND YOU DONT GET THE GOOD PRODUCT.

I'm highly disappointed with your product, purchased from inorbit malad, regal showroom for Rs1200/-. The worst part is my sandal got broken in a week. Unfortunately, I couldn't return the product as I lost the bill couple of days before.
Please stop fooling consumers otherwise it may hamper your business very badly.

I bought a pair of sandals in Nov 2015 from regal shoes located in Viviana Mall. In a span of 2 months from the date I bought I have dropped my sandals 3 times for repairing. I have worn saddles for hardly 20 days in total and kept at their workshop for 40 days. It's damn frustrating to visit them every week for repairing. Salespersons are not taking any warranty post repairing.

I have purchased the Chappals on 22 Nov 2014. Nashik Maharashtra they wear not of good quality. I went to the shop and asked for the repair but they said we will not do it. after that they asked me foe Rs. 250 as material charges. they not even changed the strips nothing was done.

Dear, I have bought pair of chappal from Regal Vashi NAVI MUMBAI store on 24 oct 2014. on 9/4/2015 when i went there for stiching & pasting complaint Manager gave me the REPAIR SLIP & TOLD me he is sending for n said he will call back, which he din't. Today when again I went there he said the chappal got returned unrepaired n gave me back. its my first & last bad experience with REGAL. Inspite of 6 months warranty there was no repair in my chappal. Kindly revert is this the way to deal with customers. Thanks, kishor

I had bought regal formal shoes from MG road showroom, Pune in July 2011. The shoe got torned out within 20 days of purchase when I was in Mumbai. I went to the regal showroom at dadar (E) to get it repaired but I didn't have the bill. The showroom owner said that the shoe was not of regal though there was a regal logo on the shoe and denied to repair it. I told him that he could charge me for the service but still he told me to get the bill or else he would not repair the shoe.
While buying the shoe, they promised to repair the shoe without the bill also. Such kind of customer service is not expected from a well known brand.
