aadhar card not received

Respected sir / madam,
I rama krishna velidi enrolled for aadhar card on 13th may 2011, in sapthgiri technoligies, thotapalem, vizianagaram, andhrapradesh - 535003 by tera pioneer e labs ltd. But till now i didn't receive card.
The details are as follows, please check and do the needful.
Enrolment no. : 1145/99912/00041, date : 13/05/2011, 21:36:01
I do not know the reason for enrolment details not being uploaded.

The following members of my family enrolment under NPR process dated 03/03/2014 but till to this date Aadhaar not uploaded and not showing in your website.

My Father Sri Nripendranath Chakrabarti is at present atotally blind person and his age is 82 Yrs. On 12/12/2015 at Harinavi Centre ( Under Rajpur Sonarpur Municipality ) his name has been Re - enrolled. On 11/02/2016 got a message over my phone that " Mr. Nripendranath Chakarbarti, your Aadhar Number has been generated and will be delivered soon." Till date he is yet to receive the Aadhar Card. Meanwhile I'would like to mention that the acknowledgement received Copy of Enrollment dated 12/12/2015 has been misplaced somhow. we have on Old Acknowledgement Slip. ( 2010/60107/00391 Date: 10/11/2013 Time: 13:17:04 ) & NPR Rcpt No. : 491917000711400180309115001. Please guide me so that either I can retrieve the lost EID of 12/12/2015.

I Attada Adinarayana enrolled for aadhar card on 15th Sep 2011, in jaggolu/Raja street,Ayyannapeta, Kanapaka, Vizianagaram, AndhraPradesh - 535003 by Tera Pioneer E Labs Ltd. But till now i didn't receive Card.
