I am deeply disappointed with the unethical practices of Rehousing Packers And Movers Pvt. Ldt. After paying a substantial amount of ₹32, 000 for my parcel to be delivered to the UK, the package has not been sent even after a long wait. Out of frustration and as a rightful expression of my experience, I left an honest review on their page.
Shockingly, instead of addressing the issue or resolving the matter, the company has resorted to blackmailing me. They have threatened not to send my parcel unless I delete my review. This behaviour is unacceptable and unprofessional.
As a customer, I have every right to share my experience and speak out about the injustice done to me. Holding my parcel hostage and trying to silence me is not only unethical but also a violation of consumer rights.
I urge Rehousing Packers And Movers Pvt. Ldt. to act responsibly, deliver my parcel immediately, and stop using intimidation tactics. I will not tolerate this behaviour and will pursue legal action if necessary to ensure justice is served.

I hired them to ship my stuff from Gurgaon to Canada, the process was highly tedious and harrasing as there was no clarity provided after they picked my stuff.
They took Rs.46669 from me-including insurance. I was told this covers any damage to the goods etc. Picked up the goods on 5 May and did NOT ship it till June 15.
I received the goods damaged and Sonu told me the claim has been raised and I need to wait. In July, Nagendra (owner) reassured me that someone from insurance company will come to my house to inspect. No one came and they did not contact me to update.

A month later I am following up and now they have refused the claim (Spoke to Daya) Saying my product is not worth lakhs.
Upon asking the name of the insurance, I was told there are 3 companies and wooden items are not covered.
I asked for the name of the insurance company and claim number but they are not answering my phone now. I tried to email but It doesn't work. I got a bounceback.

The item that is broken holds a sentimental value of my late father + it was hand made by the blinds in Indonesia. The value is much more than Rs. 50000.

Resolution;
I insured my product for Rs.50000, I would like to claim my full refund.

Please do help and do the right thing. Thank you very much.

We have sent a Bike Activa -3g from Amravati Maharastra to Mumbai by contacting Rehousing Packers and Movers on 07/09/2023. Also we have paid amount of Rs.7000/-( Previously it was agreed to pay Rs. 5000/- but later the company demanded extra RS.2000/- for the delivery saying that if you are not pay extra RS. 2000/- kindly collect your vehicle from our office in Amravati). On 10/09/2023 we called number given in pay slip received from the company he said that on 11/09/2023 you will receive the bike by 11:00 AM. but we haven't received the same we again called the number then the person received the call said he was not deliver my vehicle do whatever you want to do.

The company person is so rude and black mail us that he is not going to deliver our bike.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest we are attaching here with the receipt received from the company.
Kindly take the legal action against the fraud company and help us for getting our bike.

Just one sincere word about this company is "Don't take any service from them".

Recently they returned back my stuff but unfortunately one of item is missing. When I asked for the same they told this is not their responsibility.

I am a defence guy and have been into transferring items quite often. I decided to send my scooty and one carton from Goa to Mumbai through Rehousing Packers who claim to be all india capable. These guys have no sense of responsibility towards the customer. I booked for a pickup on 20 Sep being Sunday for which they agreed and took the booking amount as well for Rs 500. on Sunday I ensured to stay home cancelling all my jobs but these guys didn't turn up saying the phone was unreachable the entire day. Next day they arrived late in evening at 1900 hrs. Actual problem started after they took away the luggage. Now they gave me a bill with all sorts of stupid reasons. Some 500 rs for generating dart number which is not yet given to me. Extra transportation charges of 1000 rs which they charged saying that I told them for two suitcases whereas I gave only one and for that they had to book a tempo (as if they wr not taking the scooty). They made a bill of 10100 rs. When I told them to return the items they said that it would cost 7000 rs which they incurred in the process till then. Ultimately I thought of not getting too much into it and paid the amount. These shameless guys kept my luggage in Goa itself for seven days. On asking they said we have other works as well. I have till date not got my luggage and they are just passing me numbers to talk to. They are useless guys and have no professionalism. Customer is of least importance for them. I had some commitment to meet in mumbai with those items and had kept ten days for shifting of items against the promise of firm to deliver it in 4 days. Its really disgusting.
