Fraud agent beware

Mr Madhusudan from this company has fraudulently taken money from me in the pretext of booking a holiday for me and just before a few days of the travel he cancelled my booking without any prior notice. Upon checking carefully again i found out that he had similar complaints before. He forced me to change my dates upon enquiring about the cancellation. Hence i refused and asked for a full refund.
Which he promised to process within a month. Its been more than a year now he hasn't returned more than ₹2.5lakhs. Every time he has an excuse worse than a five year old. He has no fear of the authorities and now challenges us to do anything.

This company run by Mr. Madhusudan has fraudulently taken money from me in pretext of a holiday booking package and cancelled my booking without prior notice.
When the date of travel came close he forced me to change my dates. Upon closer look on his company i realised he has more complaints against him. Not relying further on him i asked for a full refund. Which he has failed to do so inspite of a written promise in a months time....

We booked our thailand trip for 3 families with reliable leisure holidays, spencer plaza, chennai. We communicated mr. Madhusudhan and mrs. Yogyalakshmi, the proprietor of reliable leisure holidays (Ph.[protected],[protected].
It was discussed and negotiated for a 3 nights and 4 days trip for a final cost of rs.1, 10, 000 which include a 2 triple rooms and 1 double bed room at pattaya and bangkok for travel on april 26 to april 30, 2019. We were insisted by him to the pay the full amount immediately stating triple rooms will be sold out soon. We believed his words and paid the full amount on march 21, 2019 via imps payment. He gave the initial itinerary that rooms will be booked at ecotel, bangkok and bella express, pattaya.
Post our payment, we were left at dark as he started avoiding our phone calls, sms, whatsapp when enquired on hotel confirmation and itinerary. When we met in person, we were made a fool by giving all reasons for not responding us. We were cornered as our money was stuck with him.
Finally after so many false promises, he sent us the itinerary only on 24th april, 2019, the day before our journey. We were totally shocked seeing it as he changed the hotels as golden sea hotel, pattaya and pratunam pavilion, bangkok. He did not even had the courtesy to inform us before booking. When asked he gave all lame reasons and also had booked 1 triple room and 3 double rooms which deviated from the original plan. He made a mockery o[censored]s and asked us to split and sleep in 4 rooms. He said its a huge king size bed and can accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids. But it was not so. We were further infuriated when we stayed in the hotel and that the rooms were tiny and there was no space even to walk freely.
Another hurdle we faced was when we started for our journey on 25th april, he called us 2 hours before and insisted to pay 180 usd and no reasons were given. We did not want to pay him without knowing the genuine reason and never paid. But to our agony, on 26th night in pattaya, we were denied cab for return to hotel and information was not given. When we checked the local agent, we were told it was cancelled by the tour agent and only on our payment the service will be provided. Being with family and kids, we did not want to trouble others and we paid it. The tour agent nor the local vendor bothered about us when we were stranded at night for 2 hours in the streets of pattaya.
Till date we were not provided a correct invoice though we insisted him to give an official proforma invoice. The agent was keen only on getting the money and threatened us when we were helpless on a foreign land. Considering the grim situation at night with families and kids, we paid it to the local agent after which the service was provided.
This shows madhu’s negligence in service and neither was he guilty or ashamed for his activities. He
Had made all the bookings only on 24th april 2019 and was enjoying our money for a month. We were stranded in streets of thailand and he made us pay additional cost other than the discussed amount originally. Hence, we claim that he is not a good tour operator and like to penalise him for his deficiency in service. We further expect his license maybe suspended and claim the additional cost from him for the agony he caused us. Request you to address this issue and seek claim for us.

On the whole the group enjoyed a wonderful holiday with best price.
she took many days to finalise even then we gave her for same cost and she says we enjoyed the money as if we have not given her service, her mail itself is a proof of holidays enjoyed by them.
She was infact referred by a client who taken excellent holiday from us .
we r in the industry for last 15 years and never faced such complaints.
