I have complaint many times about slow speed but till now this problem could not be solved. I went to service center of ZTE but they told me that Data Card is OK, but it is not true. So what should i do ?...

I bought reliance data card some 3 months back in noida and im currently in mumbai.My data card was working properly till 10 days ago. since then im not able to connect to net. it is giving an error asking me to check for the network settings. i spoke to customer care and a complaint was raised on 7th of July.My compaint no: 7612c100.
Since then i've been calling customer care people and they are not providing...
