I ordered two sandals on 7/16/2016. I had to return one pair because it was wrong in size. I initiated a return on 07/22/2016 (RMA #[protected]. Its been like 15 days. No refund. No store credit. Customer support is not responding to neither my mails nor my calls. So frustrated. I will never buy anything from this stupid website any more.

Dear sir' today i hv visited in reliance trend store in bhilwara.i have purchase some children cloths when i gone cash counter staff are seen and handbag select for own when i talk him he said toady offer 299/- any handbag so i have select three handbag.all staff are select handbag for us but showroom in charge are coming late so he did not get any handbag so when i gone counter he did not make bill for 1 article bcz he said some error for this product but those time other one customer purchase same article and same offer give him.but same article are not given to me bcz in-charge want to this article so he did not make bill and he is doing misbehavior me and my family. so pls take action him

I bought a hush puppies shoe worth Rs. 3692.00 on Mar 02 2013. The shoe sole developed a big crack, leaving it unwearable. I am surprised at this since I use it as a office wear and this happened within 10 months. I never had such an experience even with shoes purchased from local stores, which costs only a fraction of what I spent for this.

This was bought from reliance footprint showroom Pattom, Trivandrum, Kerala. I raised this complaint on Feb 01 as per the retailer's advise. I had sent email to [protected]@ril.com as directed by the retailer. I am still waiting for a response.

I did not keep the purchase bill. But I have the credit card statement which proves the date, amount and Reliance footprint store which indicates the purchase.Today retailer has confirmed that they could not find the bill details and they cannot do anything to help me with this.Reliance footprint customer service has not responded even after my repeated emails to them.

And I could find lot of complaints related to reliance footprint in many websites.
