On 4th Jan 2017 Reliance Home Finance Ltd offered NCD @ 9.05% to retail investors, interest payable on annual basis. So far only 1 year interest is received and the NCD is maturing on 4 Jan 2022. After 2018 no interest isswued by the co. Hope atleast the principal amount is received on time.

I have two 3 accounts with rhfl. The details are rhahhub[protected], rhathub[protected], rhahhub[protected].

When i availed the loan i was offered 8.9%. Two years back. Since then in spite of the repo rate reduction by rbi they have been increasing the rate of interest. Now it is 10.25%. Inspite of my several mails rhfl is just denying of front to reduce the rate of interest.

I would like to know how can i get help...

I approached Reliance Home Finance Ltd in Jun 2017 for home loan, during the process and till loan amount disbursal i was told and promised i'll be getting PMAY subsidy in 4-6 months max so was told not to take loan from any other bank or finance services. Loan was disbursed on 31-May-2017 and actually it should have been disbursed in Jul 2017(I even paid preEMI’s where it was Reliance’s fault) and i was assured to wait for few months as there is some processes for getting the subsidy done and completed. I was regular in touch with the Reliance people and repeatedly i was assured about the same.
I was handed over a rejection letter from Reliance Home Finance Ltd in Feb 2018 stating the PMAY is not applicable for the project where the flat is purchased. And even after lots of request they denied any help. The project is “Dreams Avani” and located at Shewalewadi road, Manjri Budruk, Pune. In that society all the house owners got the benefit of PMAY, but Reliance denied with the silly reason.
Later I approached Praveen Kumar Devre(Additional Chief Commissioner, Pune Metropolitan region development authority) and submitted a complaint about the same and they reverted with a letter stating I’m fully eligible for PMAY scheme for the same project without any issues and same notice was submitted to Reliance Home Finance Ltd to get this resolved 21-Mar-2018.
Reliance Home Finance Ltd contacted me again asking to re-submit the KYC documents and they will help me to get the PMAY benefits. I requested them to give some documentation in written as your finance assured the same during and till loan amount disbursal but later denied the service with non-relevant reasons. And this time they emailed on 17 Oct 2018 stating you are eligible for PMAY scheme and same will be processed soon and you will be notified.
It’s been almost 2 years the loan amount was disbursed, and I was paying all my EMI’s on time till Nov 2018. In Nov I approached Reliance Home Finance Ltd about the status and this time they clearly said they haven’t sent my documents to PMAY authority and they will not submit it as well but they kept mental and physical harassing me stating the PMAY will be done but you keep paying our EMI’s on monthly basis else we will make your life hell. Since I heard such harsh words from these Reliance staff I emailed them I won’t be paying my EMI’s until and unless Reliance process and complete my PMAY scheme documentation and help me to get the benefit of the same.

And now every day I have been getting tortured from Reliance Staff via phone and also, they visit my home & shop and abuse me and threaten me.

PLEASE ASSIST ME AS THESE RELIANCE STAFF IS TORTURING ME ON DAILY BASIS FOR MY OWN MONEY WHICH I’M SUPPOSED TO GET WITH ALL DUE RESPECT.
