On[protected] i purchased a reconnect tv with description reconnect-43 fhd led tv-releg4301. Now i am facing display problem in the tv screen as a black border constantly appearing on the screen. I therefore need a service in this respect to meet the said problem. Please provide the service at the earliest

I bought reconnect tv from reliance fresh. Now sound not come from tv picture view is coming property but sound not come. Mute button is off. No any other issues. Only picture showing without voice in all chanel. I tried to connect pen drive for viewing picture without sound but again same issue only sound not come. There is some problems in speaker. How to solve it.

I bought tv in reliance digital, one year warranty not over, when i went to store they are not responding. Some of the issue in display last six months. No one responding, we gave tv to techincian service last 3 months. Techician incharge of telangana mr. Ajit. He was not responding my call. Every time they are telling postpone of my works. I purchased a tv 1 year ago and it stop working on december, when i called the service team they show no interest in servicing the tv. The main thing is the customer sevice, not good and these people may destroy the name of this brand, try to put more customer friendly staff. When i said i will compliant about this matter they came and taken the tv and said with in 15 days it will be fixed. Now it 21 days and no replay even the service team is not responding is this the way reliance treating customer. I have no choice but to go for consumer court...

I purchased reliance reconnect tv 43 inch in 08.06.2018 which delivered me at 12.06.2018. After delivering my tv. I called reliance reconnect service engineer for installation tv but he came to installation for tv after 4 day. He opened packaging of tv for installation but in packaging tv is not be Walmart exist. Then he left the packaging. After sometime Walmart delivered at Home. Then after i called reliance reconnect service engineer which came after 7 day so late and open walmart and finally installation tv lot of time but tv is not be working properly. Because tv display has be damaged. Then after reliance reconnect service engineer is be call me that your tv would be change after sometime. He would be gone. From time to time i Complaint my tv on reliance reconnect customer number but yet on my tv problem is not be solved which Complaint wound be goen 2 month. Pl quick action and solved it.

I bought a reconnect Smart TV but it has not been installed yet.even after 24 hours.
When I called their customer care, they also treated me wrongly.
Because those people work their own way. They does not help people.Those people spoil the customer's mind.
For a TV I can not go to office in 2 days.
Because of this reason, I can now say that this is a very bad quality service .

I purchase reconnect 43 inches smart tv from jio store pathankot. on dated[protected] i received at given address, but the problem is i call many time to service provider for installation. she always answer me sir Please wait some time our service engineer will call you soon. but till now nobody call me. so i request you Please tell me that at the time of installation I have to be so disturbed. So going ahead, it will have to be a lot of trouble. If this is the case then I will not be able to give any other opinion.

I purchased reliance led (Re-connect) in the month of aug 2015 and it started developing the light dark spots in zigzag way at different places on screen in march 2017 onwards and now increasing further. Hence, we request you to take it back and handover to your technical team to analyze the problem and to take technical precautions / improve the design of tv without problems and to gain the trust in the market.

I have purchase a new tv reconnect 43"led hdtv before 5 month ago on dated may 2017, now the display has damage due to loud sound of tv, i think that the panel is very week internally.

I have complaint number of time but, your service demand charge for that, my tv is under brand warranty and insurance cover, at the time of purchases your team was tell damage will cover by brand warranty and insurance at the time of purchases and convey me for that.

Therefore you are requested to replace and repair.

I have purchased reconnect tv led 32" from jio min store yadgir -585202 (Ka), on[protected] and a person told that technician will come to insatllaltion the installation man asking rs 600/- for installation. He has call [protected] this, when i called on that number they have given a negative response. I went 2 times to jio min store shop. Still they did not solved my problem. I have been calling toll free number and raising complaints about 43" led tv not working (Tv within warranty) - only audio no video but i am told that i will get a call but no one has called.. All tickets are closed without contacting me.. Sick and tired of this fraud.. Planning to go to consumer forum.
I did not expect this poor controls and service from this big company. Its is truly atrocious. Will send all the ticket # to both consumer forum & media

A black colour line is coming to my tv. Then i call your rescue team a person come to my home for service and while repiring he broke my tv even there isz. Minor black line but after repairing my tv is fully black and crack. Now itz been 2. Months paseed and he is saying that i will solved ur matter as soon as possible.

I have taken Reconnect 32 inches tv from Relince digital, amarona Mall, Pune.
It is not supporting videos from pen drive . i went to Reliance digital for the same. there are not responding. simply saying yes it will not support all the formats. but while buying they sad it will support and cat log also they written that it will support.please do need full. for the same. if videos are not playing it is wast of buying for me.

I have complained to the service persons thrice and waited for 4 months………….. But everytime, they register the complaint and did not attended. When I went to Reliance service head office in Orme’s road chennai after 4 months, it was mentioned to me that the Mogappiar chennai stall has not at all registered the complaint. (And surprisingly, the Reliance Mogappair staff’s don’t even know that there is such a procedure for registering a complaint with their head office…………….. ) After heated argument, they gave me a invoice for the panel of Rs.30, 000. The TV itself cost Rs.42, 000. So, either buy samsung or some other product and not Reconnect electronics product.

my self Durga prasad purchased reconnect led tv at vizag CMR CENTRAL just 6 months back, suddenly tv off we informed to service centre they send a technician he verified and said some part is defect. he conformed me and sa id the part will be replace in one week. now its almost 45 days over still now there is no response daily am calling but they are saying two days, three days time so i am suggesting if any one buying the brand ones think and conform for best service. my suggestion pls choose another brand its better

I have purchased a Reconnect 39" led tv from reliance digital, funcity Mall, Faridabad. The services are hopeless. They do not come even after many reminders. The TAT is 72 hrs. And the worst part is, they charge Rs 1250/- just for visiting. I have not even seen big brands charging this amount of rate just for the visit of their engineer, who in any case would not come immediately. He took 3 days in my case. NO PRODUCT SEVICES CAN BE AS BAD AS THIS
