Unreasonable deductions

My Mobile smart SIM connection number is [protected]. Repeatedly I requested not to deduct the charges for ring tunes, but in vain. Though I try to keep minimum balance, they recovered Rs.20/- for 20 days without my consent on 17.11.2010. Earlier they used to recover monthly, but they started recovering even Rs.20/-. Is it not cheating the customers?

I am unable to contact them on[protected] because it is busy 24/7. I...

poor C.C service & connection unavailability(not reachable problem)

Me and my family went to customer care service centre several times to complaint that our bills were not been dropped in our home, but every time they show us plenty of lame excuses.They assured us that the very next month onwards we will be able to receive the same. But till date no response practically.
And next thing is that except Reliance Smart connection all other tower shows their full connectivity. Therefore, we had withdrawn...

Deactivation of Reliance SIM Card

Respected Sir,
I have lost my Reliance Smart Sim card a few days ago.My Mobile no.+91-[protected]
I have also lodged a police diary in local police station .
My humble request to you, please deactivate the SIM card as soon as possible and obliged.

sim card is not working "error in network connection " appearing

Sir,
With regret I want to stat that my sim card is not working the message appears "error in network connection" I have made a complain to ur customer care on 20th August 08 but till date no result has come out .
Please solve the problem or let me know will i have to change the card.
